you know i'm not sure that it is, i just remember a cloud/weather attacking a castle before. Maybe i am going crazy? It may not be a castle, but English Way of Death set the Doctor up against a sentient gas.

I really hope this is leading up to a Volume Two announcement, although I suspect the Jack and Jackie release will be announced first.

How much longer before they announce Volume 2?

Nick said in the latest podcast that there are "no concrete plans" for any further Tenth Doctor Adventures. He said they'd love to do more, but that it probably won't be any time soon (mainly due to the casts' very busy schedules). It sounded to me that they probably haven't even started any work on it yet.

David Tennant is a massive Whovian and clearly enjoys playing the role so would surely find a way to squeeze in recording sessions even if they're only one-two hours at a time.

I think it's fairly certain that we'll only hear about it once they are actually recording (or have recorded). Recall their efforts to keep everything silent last time around.

I think in the Podcast before last Nick said its fairly distant as in "one day hopefully because David Tennant's sooo busy"

I suspect that it is a case of they won't announce anything until the scripts are written, cast signed and the project is actually recording.

It's going to happen. I have no doubt it will, it's just scheduling. We may wait a little while, but it'll be so worth it.

We've covered this before though. As much as someone might want to do something and be keen to fit it in, it doesn't mean they can always find a way *no matter how much they want to*. It's very easy - and simplistic - to just say "surely he can" without knowing any of the practicalities. The man has a young family and is very busy professionally. Given the choice between catching some time with his kids and squeezing in a DW recording, he's gonna choose the former.

The smart thing to do would be to book David for two or three weeks solid a few years off from now and write 10-15 scripts in preparation for then. In the meantime they can bring scripts forward or adapt them from other plans whenever they can get David, but then once they reach the batch recording they can have scheduled by then a session once a year for a handful of stories, AND have a few stories in reserve. Even that though, if an offer came in for a big show with a long schedule that ate up those two weeks then he'd be daft not to take the big job.

Do we know that for sure? I'm sure Georgia Tennant would understand if he chose the latter.

The bottom line is that he and Tate loved doing it, they want to do more, and they're young. I think the probability of another set of releases within the next three years approaches 100%, though perhaps not in the mathematical sense.
We just can't be greedy. Tennant is in huge demand from all angles.

It *could* be scheduled right at the end of whatever his furthest-off project is now, since he'd presumably be less likely to take on a huge new project all of a sudden at the end of another, but at this stage we're dealing with ifs and maybes. I'm sure there'll be more Tenth Doctor audios, but we will just have to wait. But what I really wanted to say was ... Toaau, I love that profile picture.

It's off a variant cover for one of the upcoming Titan Comics; there's also a "Heroes" cover and some non-Bowie ones. It's the first time I've seen anything like it. Wonderful!

David is still a jobbing actor and far busier than the other actors who play the Doctor for Big Finish. Same for Catherine Tate. Scheduling them together was the toughest part of the first set of stories, and I can't imagine it's gotten any easier since then.
