While browsing through the sale page for the umpteenth time trying to decide just what Dark Shadows titles I want (so many gaps, so little time...) I've spotted that Gallifrey 2.2 : Spirit is now OOP. Which leaves just 1.1 : Weapon Of Choice, 1.2 : Square One and 1.3 : The Inquiry still in stock. So all of Series 3 is OOP now? Yes all of Series 2 and 3

Dalek Empire and Gallifrey are the two ranges that have taken the biggest hits in this sale (8 titles each have gone OOP).

No official update yet.But due to a change in their status on the Last Chance on CD page and that the bundles option for Pulling Faces and Not A Well Woman are showing only downloads, it seems that In Conversation With An Acid Bath Murderer and Unintelligent Design from the Drama Showcase range MIGHT have gone OOP.
Edit : or possibly very, very close to going OOP..

Random questions on a Sunday morning. The Mervyn Stone Mysteries. If I went for the books and the CD would they be money well spent? Oh yes! The Mervyn Stone stories are definitely worth it. That's good to know I got all the books and CD in the sale at around £10.00 inc shipping, I'm about to start them next week.

The Gerry Anderson website one sold out in a couple of days.

The one that sold out on the Gerry Anderson website was the Limited Edition, which was "limited" to a run of just 500 copies. The one currently selling on the Big Finish website and the Gerry Anderson website is the Standard Edition and I am assuming there was a low production run on those as well. (If I remember correctly I think the two Class CDs had a low run of 500, so not uncommon). 😊

Hmmm..appears you have a point. I always assumed that the Limited Edition having a limited run on the Anderson website only was mentioned in the news release on the 12th, but having gone back and read it I can see that wasn't the case at all. (I only picked up on it via the thread on the forum). Considering the speed the LE appears to have sold out (less than a day judging by the posts in the forum thread) it looks like BF might have heavily underestimated interest.

"And if you want to pre-order Space: 1999, I'd say do it now especially if you want a CD because pre-orders are high and most of the incoming stock is spoken for." That is a direct quote from Nick via the podcast. It sure sounds like limited pressings could be the new normal. Someone might want to write and ask for some kind of statement on this.

BF said that from now on all new releases would be available on CD for a minimum 12 months ( excluding limited edition releases ) and then after that window they will look at the rate of sales and see if they should let it go oop in physical form...
