Hey they weren't just fake passports, they were fake real passports! Who here was all proud of a hilarious reply to one of those passport posts only to then have it only last until the entire thread was deleted? Me!

Has anyone tried to contact the guy who used to advertise for fake passports? I haven't seen him since we moved. If he/she were a telemarketer I'd answer the phone in a deep demonic voice, say I'm going to claim their soul, then pause for a moment because I've realised they're in telemarketing! Really, the best way to deal with these people is to obstruct them. Ask stupid questions, delay them from irritating another person. Didn't you learn anything from last month's Torchwood? Telemarketers can save lives.

Especially when there's a Conspiracy involved...

And then there was the Middle-Eastern fellow who hawked refrigerators! We'd be remiss if we didn't seek him out! I tell you, it's just not the same without his colorful personality.

I had a cold caller/telemarketer hang up on me once after I claimed to be my butler and chatted to them about arranging a meeting for the young master, asking when they could send their card over so they could meet him as he never does business over the phone and then asked about chimney sweep insurance. Poor woman was having difficulty keeping on script.

Didn't know this thread existed. Quite a lot of early, fun discussion going on - quite sad that it took me 6 months to find this place, I'd have loved to have participated A bit late at this point, I think

Especially if he knows where to find Magnus! I refused to share the ritual! One way is to say that the Monk and the Master are different Time Lords. When you say that, with or without evidence, he's practically guaranteed to show up. Pretty sure he popped up to comment on Bradley's Basement on the Monk timeline...

I don't miss those inevitable disagreements, to be honest. I'd be more than happy not to rehash them here.

We love to hear your sage comments in this thread. You have compelled me to pass on my wisdom: Let us... not... search for Magnus. Maybe, just like Mission to Magnus itself, he should remain lost for 30 years

Poor woman was having difficulty keeping on script. A friend of mine and I had a similar experience. We had access to headphones and twelve hours of metalworks ambiance. We managed to convince them that we were a repair shop. Actually, we had two. The other call had us carry the phone out to the "beach" where a "boat" was capsizing. I think they hung up at "Oh, the humanity!" from my friend calling on the other side of the room.
