It's all ok for me too, but I think it should be moved to the "General Big Finish" sub board Cheers Tony Why? It's labeled as "Whoniverse" news, so while I briefly considered whether it should be moved, I thought it's original place was appropriate. Not that I'm saying it should be moved back, necessarily. And I suppose it could expand into general obscure Big Finish news, in which case maybe the thread would be better titled, "A place to collect obscure Big Finish news."

Worlds of Doctor Who is really meant for the spin off ranges. That being said I think this should be for all Big Finish news. Not just Whoinverse. So Digi any qualms removing the Whoinverse from the title?

Ela I'm with kimalysong on this. If we start posting tidbits found elsewhere, it'll only be a matter of time before it runs to all BF's output. Cheers Tony

When first opening the thread I had Doctor Who in particular in mind, but after some thought, I don't see why we shouldn't open it up to all obscure Big Finish-related news? So-and-so will appear in Survivors, they tweeted x while recording Dorian Gray, the Terrahawks licence now includes y, etc.
Agreements, disagreements?
To be honest I'm not really married to one direction or the other, so however most people seem to feel about it is just fine by me.

I think it's inevitably going to end up being about more than Doctor Who Big Finish. Let's face it, once you start a thread, you're really not in control of what folks decide to post.

In the latest Podcast (May #05, pub. May 15), Nick Briggs confirmed: - Christopher Eccleston has declined their invitation to come record audios as the Ninth Doctor It's a real shame that Chris doesn't want to come back. He seems like a genuinely great guy and it would be cool to have him back within the Doctor Who family. In any case, I hope he keeps it in mind. I'm sure he's always welcome at the studio.

Indeed.... Nick and Joe also joked a bit about it, to the effect of "well with the new licence renewal, now we have another 10 years to convince him!"
I'm not sure whether that leaves me optimistic or sad.

Well considering how long it took Tom Baker to come to BF, who knows. Maybe they should just get Tom to speak to him lol
