Has anyone received CDs they ordered in the Worlds of Big Finish sale yet? Or at least notification that the CDs have been dispatched? I got 7.5-11 if Benny today, but not 2-7.4. The invoice was for the whole order so I'll wait a couple of days to see if another box turns up.

Got an order update email Friday lunchtime to tell me my order of series 7-11 of Benny had been dispatched. Haven't placed a big order like this in a few years, so don't know how long it will take to arrive (UK). Apparently I have a parcel waiting for me at home - if BF use DHL for larger parcels, I guess that it's my order... I think they do. I've gotten bigger orders via DHL.

I bought a season 1-7 bundle that used to be available before the price of the whole older part of the range was reduced. After the permanent reductions, I completed my collection of the older Benny CDs and books. Enjoy!

Haven't received an e-mail saying my copy of A Life of Crime has been sent yet. Has anyone else got one? I'm assuming it has been sent but they forgot to send the e-mail (it wouldn't be a first). If it hasn't arrived by the end of next week I might have to contact sales. EDIT: Then again, it simply may not have been shipped yet - just got an e-mail saying it has been dispatched. This means one of two things: first, it truly hadn't been sent yet; second, someone at Big Finish has linked my profile here to my customer account, realised the e-mail hadn't been send and sent one... I'm hoping the former

A friend in Canberra is still waiting for his too. Have you received your copy of Doom Coalition 4 yet? I'm still waiting for that one as well. Bizarre it is taking so long. I've had my copies of both Seasons of War and Vworp Vworp Volume 3 arrive and they were both posted from the UK well after Casualties of War.

If anyone ordered Dairy of River Song Vol 2 on CD last week before the price went up there might a bit of a longer wait then usual as they're waiting on another load of stock to be delivered to the warehouse (according to a message on BFs FB Page)

Anyone else still waiting for stuff from the 'Worlds of Big Finish' sale to be shipped? I ordered the three volumes of The New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield, and I haven't received an e-mail saying that they've been sent yet. I realise that these were likely very in demand and that Big Finish may be waiting on new stock to arrive, but I've never had to wait nearly six weeks for an order to be sent before I was thinking of sending an e-mail to sales, but thought I'd check to see whether it's just me or if it's a general 'still catching up with all the orders' type thing

I've received two conflicting emails regarding the Wildthyme on Top book I ordered in the Halloween sale.
One is from Big Finish and states it has been shipped. When I look at my account on the Big Finish site to double check, it also indicates that the book has been shipped. Both the email and the notification under "my orders" is dated today.
However, I got an email from Paypal yesterday stating the Big Finish refunded me the price and shipping for the Wildthyme book.
I've emailed Big Finish to find out what's going on.
If they've refunded me the price of the Iris Wildthyme book as of yesterday because it "wasn't available", it strikes me as rather careless to mark it as "shipped" under "My orders".
Also, I would have ordered the Erimem book elsewhere if I hadn't also been buying the Wildthyme book, as the "per order" charge makes it not worth it for one book rather than two.

The other book that I ordered that went out of print before it could be delivered also has a green bar with the notation: "You purchased this item on 10 May 2015". That book was A Life Worth Living, which I bought as part of a sub during a big Benny sale. Because that book (A Life Worth Living) wasn't available anymore, they added the next book on the list to my sub. But I had already purchased the next book on the list (The Two Jasons) separately, when I realized I didn’t have it (and before I knew that they had tacked it onto the end of my sub). When they finally worked it out, after multiple emails, I ended up being charged the higher price for the duplicated book, rather than the price I would have paid had I received it as part of a sub, as I'd originally intended. I was annoyed, but didn't bother pursuing it. Usually, I have no problem with BF orders, but when they screw up, it can turn into a big-time screw-up.
