Other then Doctor Who, it's pretty much comic books and Buffy for me, although I do most of my online interaction here. My circumstances changed recently, so I'll be attending my first actual convention later this year....

Doctor Who is my top fandom, in all forms of media in which it has appeared. It always has been and likely always will be.
But other shows that have made me giddy with pleasure include: * Attack on Titan * Babylon 5 * Battlestar Galactica (reboot) * Blake's 7 * Buffy * Farscape * Firefly * Monty Python * One Piece * Sherlock * Stargate SG-1 * Star Trek (TOS, TNG and Enterprise, but NOT DS9 or Voyager)
Other things in a non-visual medium with a fandom of which I am deeply enamoured: * Discworld * Lovecraft * Tolkien
However, I have not dressed as Gandalf since I was a child, and have gone only to Doctor Who conventions as a teen or adult, sometimes as Sixie. My fandom for these shows usually involved watching the shows, sometimes following a forum, and sometimes gathering with friends to watch the new episodes.
And performing Monty Python sketches.
And if there were local "fandom" groups for Shakespeare or ancient Greek drama, I'd be into those too. Sadly there isn't much of a fandom for those in the States.

I'm not as active now in any fandom tbh. A combination of them being overtly commercialized and homogenized. There are more general fairs and events than show/film specific cons. SO, assuming fandom to mean having bought merch, attended cons etc rather than just "I like the tv show" then:: Buffy - The show hasn't maintained its cult, sadly, but in the early 2000s I was at more than a few conventions. Great times with a very liberal and fun loving fandom. Met most of the cast bar Sarah Michelle Gellar herself and was a steward for one of the cons so was able to spend a few hours with Anthony Head who was just a lovely man. Star Wars - I was a big EU fan in the mid to late 90s and again got to meet quite a few of the cast. I was genuinelly star-struck with a few of them. Billy Dee Williams in particular as Lando has always been my favourite. The nicest was Richard Le Parmentier wo played Admiral Motti, who is the dude that slags Vader's love of the Force in A New Hope. He was super-cool. Celtic FC - OK, it's a football team not a TV show or film but hey, I dressed up and went to Paradise every other saturday from age 10 to 26 seeing some of football's greats pass through Parkhead's gates. Henrik Larsson, to me, is more iconic than Tom Baker ever will be Comics - Just, in general. There used to be many comic cons here where it was more about discussion and trading rather than buying. It was a different scene and I miss it in a way. Star Trek - Pretty much the same as Trek.
