At the moment I am watching March Comes in like a Lion & Blue Exorcist and one more
I was watching ACCA but decided to drop it.
However the real Masterpiece of the season is Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju. I love every second of it.

Still waiting on Bungou Stray Dogs to come out. Also curious about 91 Days.

Read Bungou. Fun enough but hope they build further on the mystery elements.

The first half of Last Exile, a steampunk war show. Pretty good, some invetive designs for the airships and aircraft, but it does feel very early 200os.

"Finished" up Bubblegum Crisis. I say "finished" because eight episodes in, it just stops. No resolution, no development of the plot, just a light story about Nene's role in the Knight Sabres. That girl should never be placed in the field unless they have to, but she does the technical side of things like no one else can. It's been an interesting run. A lot of the episodes feel bound rather tightly to the period that they were made in. The angry mid-80s, sad latter-80s, lighter early 90s... It feels like the highlights taken from a three-year series where all the linking details are in other episodes. Not to say that they aren't enjoyable in their own right, I'd have loved to see them do a full production of this.
It's much like The Equalizer. I very much enjoyed all of it, but I'd have liked to see what all the Company episodes were building up to.
Also, for all the cyberpunk 1980s tropes it plays into, it also manages to be pretty progressive as well. Priss and Sylvie seem quite a lot more than just friends. Leon treats his gay off-sider, Daley, with respect and isn't intimidated by his teasing. The show's ensemble cast are all female (save their mechanic, Mackie) and none of the male supporting cast are made to look stupid in order for the girls to be smart. They're also allowed to be girls, which I really like as well.

Just finished the 1st 13 episodes of Little Witch Academia, a very charming series (come on Netflix post the rest).
Also recently finished the second seasons of Attack on Titan and Eccentric Family. AOT was alright but I loved Eccentric Family.
And I have 2 more episodes of Natsume Yuujinchou Series 6. Still one of my favorite series ever. I guess I have been saving these last 2 episodes because I don't want it to end.
Sadly all the anime I am interested in this upcoming season is on Amazon and out of principle I don't want to subscribe to Anime Strike (it's the cost of Prime + an extra subscription fee) but I may have to give in.

No success with Crunchyroll? I do have Crunchyroll but nothing on there really screams must watch this season. Usually there is at least a few things on CR I am interested in (and next season at least that looks to be the case again) but I am worried about Amazon entering the anime market and getting more and more exclusive deals.

Didn't know about that. I don't like monopolies, they never tend to end well for the consumer and I don't trust companies like Amazon not to be greedy about it. It's already frustratingly difficult getting anything from overseas in Australia already, it'd be so easy to price us out of the market without them ever realising it.

With Amazon not only do you have to subscribe to Prime but to get anime you have to pay an extra $5.00 a month.

And the subscription fee for Amazon Prime is... $100 a year. Ooh, ouch. I'm definitely not getting Prime anytime sooner. I think they've misjudged their market, there is no way I can pay that. I struggle enough just paying for public transport at the moment.

I have been meaning to watch Miss Kobyashi's Dragon Maid.
I'm just addicted to the opening song. It's the auditory equivalent of sugar.

Well I rewatched the last episode of Gurren Lagann at Otakon at the 10th Anniversary event. I can't believe it's already been 10 years since Gurren Lagann came out. Feeling very nostalgic for it now and want to rewatch the whole thing. Just need to find the time.

And nostalgia has completely over taken me. Decided to rewatch Gurren Lagann from the beginning. Can't believe it's been 10 years.

I'll be picking up the new DVD set of the original Kino's Journey when it comes out in May. Real curious about this one.

I'll be picking up the new DVD set of the original Kino's Journey when it comes out in May. Real curious about this one. (It's very, very good.) It's got the same kind of tone as the original Fullmetal Alchemist anime from 2003. How to describe it... It's much in the vein of Canterbury Tales?
