I haven't the foggiest, though some email addresses will have domains that designate your country.

We'll talk about being racist ! Free for all or free for none ;-) I think the offer comes in part from my complaining to them that buying the books directly from them just to get the free short stories was cost prohibitive outside the U.K. - double to triple the cost of what you'd pay at a book store. That, is a little much to pay just for some short stories. If you check the costs for U.K. Buyers it is a good deal. Right now they have a Buy one get one free deal on the books for U.K. residents. That deal is good for another week.

On The Grandfather Infestation product page (whether buying that book or not), it looks like EVERYONE can download its associated add-on The Band of Evil for FREE.

On The Grandfather Infestation product page (whether buying that book or not), it looks like EVERYONE can download its associated add-on The Band of Evil for FREE. I think that is an error. In other places it states that a free short story is only available to subscribers. And the Band of Evil is the short story attached to The Showstoppers.
If you look on their news page, The Grandfather Infestation will get subscribers a copy of The Playing Dead.
