Another thing that I'd like to see - a true historical with the third Doctor. The books did it with Wages of Sin, but I'd love to have an audio historical in this era. I agree that and a cyberman story. I'm not jonesing for that as much, because we already had The Blue Tooth, but a Cyberman story in space might be interesting.

With the Cybermen, I'd rather someone have a really good idea that requires the Cybermen to work rather than just "Treloar fights the Cybermen!" But then again I'm not a huge fan of most of their TV appearances, save some of the earliest ones.
Big Finish does do Cybers better though so I'd be cautiously optimistic in any case.

I agree beyond their appearances in the 60s they arent that great afterwards. I like them but the writers seem to have forgotten what made them so scary in the first place

Yes, a proper follow up to the invasion would good. What about covering what UNIT were up to during the tenth planet?

The Third Doctor rocketed forward to the eighties* (or nineties or present day) might be interesting, especially alongside Jo and Mike Yates as the UNIT folks would have to avoid mentioning what happened to all three of them.
*Even the latest UNIT dating has Jo's time in the seventies, right?

Tenth planet is 1986 and it would be great to have three in the wrong UNIT era. If only they could bring back Benton for it.

However, either a parallel story or fallout after the Tenth Planet would be interesting. I feel like Mondasian Cybermen are more terrifying than the later breeds anyway, so I always prefer that type if possible.

Klein might make it a bit too confusing with timelines and such but the other two might work.
