Wonder if we'll see any other Who faces on the show. If Louise can't, maybe Michelle Gomez as Magica could be fun. Or Ma Beagle.

Also, near the end with the bit in the treasure room, I see a duck in a kilt.
I'd laugh if they picked Eccleston for Glomgold...

It's a bit weird hearing David Tennant voice Scrooge - I keep expecting him to break out into a mockney accent or talk about the latest development in Broadchurch or something. Still, I think once I've heard him in the role for a while, I won't have any issue.

I am going completist on this.
Not only is his Uncle Scrooge voice better than the UncleScrooge voice I had in my head (!), This is by far the best Donald Duck voice I've ever heard. I'm sold.

And now we have titles: www.youtube.com/watch?v=EURi91Eb6I8Not gonna lie, this does look really, really good. Dig the comic panels, and even a reference to the Flying Dutchman in there.

It's been a long time since I've seen the show and my Mum had a lot of the comics, but I have to say I love Teannet's take. If memory serves, didn't Yorke (although defiantly emphasing Scrooge's worse qualities) play the role more as a loving, albeit cranky Grandfather-type? Teannet's take seems to be different - the savy businessmen's charm enabling his worst qualities and struggling to fit into the role of Uncle, with the youthful vigor on display. (And I just love how they've even putting David Teannet's mannerisms into the animation!)
From the preview clips, it looks like they've nailed the serialised aspect nicely and how the Louie and Scrooge's relationship in particular will develop.

And add to that, why is a Scot playing a Scot a bad idea? Anyway, what are they doing make Donald Duck a prominent character in "Duck Tales" anyway? He was only in, what, a couple of episodes of the original series? Eh, characters have have to introduced for a new generation. I'm okay with it.
