Been catching up with last week's new episodes. Agents of SHIELD, the Flarrow two-part crossover that sets up Legends of Tomorrow and Vampire Diaries. With the last one, the flash-forwards to three years later are more interesting than the main plotlines. It's a bit like the DC Comics Future's End one-shots from last year, putting the main character from each title five years into the future and seeing what's different, how much they've changed.

I did watch the clip of John Stewart visiting the Daily Show to give a presentation re: our congress's profoundly shameful failure to renew assistance for 9/11 responders.
They killed themselves helping out at the scene - literally - and we're not going to help them? Ugly. Really ugly.

Supernatural season 11 episode Plush. The people possessed by the masks they are wearing are very creepy. Imagine being pushed down by a man in a bunny mask, or struck by a harlequin.

Been doing a Daria binge. The saracasm is definitely why I keep on watching, and anything involving Angela Li, principal of Lawndale High.

Going on a Vlahos kick watching the Mordred episodes of Merlin (Series 5 + the early 3 with. Asa Butterfield) and I started watching Privates.
I would say neither series is a favorite of mine but Vlahos has a great role in both.

Started watching Jessica Jones. I enjoyed the first two episodes. Trying to convince myself to go to be now and not watch more.

Okay finished Privates...what on Earth kind of ending is that? They must have thought there might be more.
Vlahos was very good in it though.

Supergirl. I can't wait until the midseason break for that, and for all the other shows, is over.

Supergirl. I can't wait until the midseason break for that, and for all the other shows, is over. You and every other person who watches TV shows as they come out. It's going to be tough for me to keep up next year, 'cause not only are there four or five shows I'm currently watching, but Legends of Tomorrow premieres around the same time Arrow and Flash return and Teen Wolf comes back early January.

The Flash, really enjoying this & Arrow & i hope the rumours that Tom Welling is playing Superman in a upcoming episode is true. That would be cool, but it wouldn't really make sense. Arrow/Flash can't possibly share a universe with Smallville (unless its one of the different Earths in Flash). There are two many characters who are portrayed differently in both shows. Most notably Oliver Queen and Barry/Bart Allen. Off the top of my head, there's also Hawkman, Deadshot, Slade Wilson, and Amanda Waller.

As well, The universe doesn't feel like it's had a "superman" in it before. And honestly, I'm not sure I'd want one. I'd love to see the episode that jumps universes to one with Super-folk, but not have them permanently around.

Well, I wouldn't mind if Superman exists in this universe, but hasn't become famous yet. If they ever do jump to a universe with Super-folk, then Supergirl would probably make more sense than Smallville. If they jump to any DC TV universe though, I want them to go to the world of Adam West's Batman.

They are building up for a Crisis on Infinite Earths in the future. Here's hoping. Maybe get Green Hornet too.
And Supergirl definitely makes more sense considering it's production companies, but Smallville was a CW show, so might be easier to use those rights.
And Supergirl niggle I have is calling her Kara Danvers. I'm sorry, but I get Kara Zor-El, and living with the Danvers means she gets that name, but it is far to close to Carol Danvers, and that's always what I say whenever I start to say her full name.
