And this one did have a BF person working with Dirk on it. oh ...who was that? From What Noise: Company director David Darlington is an audio producer, sound engineer, writer and musician - among other things - and lead engineer at Audible UK Studios. He was formerly an audio/content producer at RNIB Talking Books, producing, directing and editing accessible audio productions of diverse works. David produced the 'narrated soundtracks' series of Doctor Who releases from AudioGO, still creates sound design and music for various BBC Audio audiobooks and is co-producer of Dark Shadows for Big Finish Productions. He is a member of the Audio Engineering Society, and, until its dissolution, of the Audiobook Publishing Association. David was the longterm producer of the Marks and Spencer audio magazine Your M&S, and has worked on various dramas for Audible UK including Alien: Out of the Shadows, Carmilla and Unheard.

Very odd that he states that the APA has dissolved, their website and lastest news (6th April) would seem to beg to differ.

I've been fangasming all over this today. I've been emailing BF every time they have a "what should we make?" poll and requesting Alien stuff, based on Time's Horizon or Robophobia. So glad to see this come to fruition. I'm also like the adjustments and tweaks they've made to the story. There's a great many references to Alien Isolation, which I don't recall from the book. Additionally, the characters in print were okay if a little bland, but the actors really help bring them to life.
I can't wait for this to come out on physical media so I can sit it proudly on my shelf with the rest of my Alien stuff. :3
I wonder if they'll end up adapting the other two books in the cycle?

Same acronym, same sphere, but different organisation, different name, different continent.

Picked this up using the free audible trial (I'm sure I'll get round to listening to it at some point).
Cheers

I'm really enjoying this so far, although the sound quality is not BF quality.
