You know, there's a PERFECT slot for non-Avon et al stories, right before Warlord. Avons off building alliances, and Vila and Tarrant get stuck with make-work,

I'm really hoping for a series E. Only if the only survivor of the seven is Vila. who has become a Fagin- like character on Guada Prime, and only gets involved in heroics because someone has started using his name as a rallying cry against the Federation.

Well Villa definitely survived, because if you watch the ending of Blake there's no gunshot sound when he falls to the floor. He's faking.

Righto - I wasn't sure if you meant 'read' as is in literally reading or 'read' as 'reading the sitation'. No worries. Glad to put your mind at rest. Ha!

I'm really hoping for a series E. I absolutely love these audios. After years - decades - of rumours and murmurings of bringing back Blakes 7. Big Finish actually went ahead and did it, with most of the original cast and some tremendous stories (I'm listening to 'Caged' at the moment and it is hugely enjoyable). But, I don't like the idea of anyone continuing the show after the events of seres 4. Just my opinion of course - but the dramatic ending of the television show is the most abiding memory people seem to have of it, if interviews and compilation shows are anything to go by. It may not have been intended as the final end, but events conspired to make it so. I don't think that monumental moment should be undone. Also, Blakes 7 without most of the '7' - what would be the point?

The Liberator Chronicles started release first, and are set in series A, B and C. Then later running alongside the LCs there was a full cast audio called Warship set between Series B and C then a run of six full cast audios set in series B then a run of six full cast audios set in series C.
But mostly - other than a couple of stories that follow on from previous ones you can jump in anywhere. You can buy the full cast runs in bundles cheaply.

And - though like everything some are better than others and we'll all have different favourites - the range is mostly excellent.

They could be missing eps, some of them. Honestly though, it's been a pretty stunning range in general no matter where you start.

Which leads me to wonder if there are any "lost stories" for B7 (because things like Ultraworld seem like they were rushed into production to replace something that was dropped at a late stage).

Oh yeah, there's quite a few well-known ones. One by Pip and Jane Baker. One by Paul Darrow. One by Robert Holmes IIRC. Hasn't one of them got a Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon type title?

I wonder the feasibility of a Lost Stories box set. I'd say Jane Baker is happy with BF seeing as we've gotten multiple Rani stories, and Paul has written for BF....

Yes, you should slot the Full Cast Series 1 run into the correct place. Here's a what goes where. forums.bigfinish.com/threads/2710-Blake-s-7-Timeline-where-does-BF-fit?p=142871&viewfull=1#post142871

No worries.
There's no need to listen to everything in situ but since the two full cast seasons are planned both as ongoing seasons and to fit into the TV season it'd be good to do them in the right spot. And Warship is also planned as Blake and Jenna's "proper" departure story so it adds a bit to Star One / Aftermath.
