The sound design for this one was bloody amazing. The shopping mall muzak contrasted nicely with the dark undertones. I also like the concept of Firestone. In regards to them, I was at once both a little annoyed that their founding wasn't explicitly explained, but also thought it was clever that you can infer that they are what came of the Torchwood operatives who "left to go into banking" that Jack offhandedly mentions near the beginning of the play. Like the asylum protocols that Torchwood now has thanks to a previous audio, it'd be nice to see Firestone show up again at some point.
