We'll have to agree to disagree because I really don't see Christopher Eccleston wanting to play the 9th Doctor again in any shape or form. You may be right ultimately...but wouldn't you prefer it if you were wrong? Of course I'd love to be proven wrong. But I just don't see it happening sadly.

I have nothing against fangirls, my posts were just pointing out that there's a lot of them out there. I certainly didn't intend any malice or general distaste. That's fair enough, but the terms fanboy and fangirl are normally used in a derogative manner, if you just want to demarcate female and male fans, probably best to say female fans and male fans. Faor enough. My posts were trying to refer to those Tennant fans who view him as heart-throb and would watch anything with him in but wouldn't see the point of anything where they couldn't drool over pictures of their idol. Fangirl was lazy short hand to use (especially as there's probably a fair number of men in that category) and I apologise to any Big Finish or Doctor Who fans who are girls.
