It seems like a great finale episode title. It's got the speed reference and the use of the word Terminal adds a certain tension to it. I'd rather pen a Green Lantern episode though. Loads more potential there, just as long as the costumes are made with regular materials instead of CGI. Well there are few things that would let you have a planet as a character to be fair. Mogo is awesome, you'd just need the right person to voice him.

You're talking sentient, verbose planets - it's got to be Marvel's Ego. Much, much cooler than Mogo. I can see the Guardians or a more cosmic Avengers lineup facing Ego.

Can Ego shield you from the wrath of the First Lantern like Mogo did?

Though, I admit, there's a story with Mogo I love - 2000's Green Lantern Versus Predators. Mogo is colonised by Xenomorphs. That's badass!

Though...now I'm thinking Unicron in Transformers beats both...

Oh, and Mogo could generate forest fires and change the gravity, perfect for flushing out the Durlans. It also created a whole city just from John's designs and is the mobile base for the Green Lantern Corps. Mogo is awesome. You forgot Kyle by the way.

You forgot Kyle by the way. And you forgot Simon No, I'm now of the opinion Unicron beats Mogo and Ego. He literally eats planets for breakfast.

You forgot Kyle by the way. And you forgot Simon No, I'm now of the opinion Unicron beats Mogo and Ego. He literally eats planets for breakfast. And you forgot Jessica Cruz. And Nekron beats Unicron. He is the literal Death in the DC universe and the reason so many character came back to life before Blackest Night. Blackest Night reached nearly every corner of the DC universe at the time and Black Hand (the Black Lantern counterpart to the entities of the Emotional Spectrum such as Parallax and Ion) remained a threat long after Blackest Night. He sent Hal and Sinestro to the Dead Zone, resurrected monstrous creatures from the grip of the Source Wall (creatures the New Gods had issues dealing with and needed Kyle Rayner to send away from New Genesis) and petrified whole worlds. Black Hand would simply turn Ego and Unicron into stone and continue on his mad way. It's not like Simon got lots of attention after Wrath of the First Lantern anyway. Each of the four Lantern books focused on one of the main Earth Lanterns (Hal for GL, John for GL Corps, Kyle for New Guardians and Guy for Red Lanterns). If you were a fan of Simon Baz, you were lucky if he got more than a panel in the background. He doesn't even get an appearance or mention in any of the Futures End one-shots. Even Carol was mentioned in both the Green Lantern and New Guardians Futures Ends. It's a pity Geoff Johns introduced him literally in the last big story arc (Rise of the Third Army leads into Wrath of the First Lantern), where he didn't have a chance to make a big impression considering he was competing with everything from the Geoff Johns era. The writers who followed on clearly didn't have much interest in him, as like I've mentioned already, GL Corps became the John Stewart book.

No, I didn't forget her. If we went multiverse, we'd be here all day and I think as a TV thread we've derailed it enough! We went from Mogo V Ego to Nekron v Unicron, from Earth 1 to Earth 3 - while everyone else reading is thinking "What the hell are they talking about?" But, I suppose, if you want Cruz...then you forgot Harold Jordan

People tend not to remember Alan Scott, since he was before the big renaissance with Geoff Johns and not even in the picture for the main Lantern titles for the New 52. He doesn't even get a mention in Wrath of the First Lantern.

Oh what a lovely set of Flash episodes. I don't know if its just because the other DC shows have been so poor this year but Flash is just killing it. I wouldn't mind though if Barry could actually solve things on his own sometimes. He's a scientist turned crimefighter. He shouldn't always need Joe, Starlabs or - god help us - Iris. I do have nightmares about losing Wells or Joe though. I really do worry what this show would be like if Cisco were a senior character

He doesn't even get a mention in Wrath of the First Lantern. He was in the main book right at the launch of the new 52. though. One of the big headlines of that first year was when DC reintroduced him and he had a boyfriend - making him one of the first major-league gay comic characters.

daredevil season 2 trailer is out I liked it but seemed more focused on The Punisher than Daredevil. This here's DC country. Take it to Marvel-town I think focusing on the Punisher is smart - we've had 13 hours to get to know Daredevil. If you liked him last time - you're coming back anyway. Besides there's also Elektra's trailer to go. This is certainly the year of live action hero battles with Batman Vs, Superman, Punisher Vs Daredevil and Cap v Iron Man. Hopefully it won't be Flash vs Supergirl whe they crossover soon!

We best not get too used to having Jay Garrick around. Teddy Sears has just been cast in the new series of 24 as main-cast. I'm sure even if he didn't get that offer he'd be gone anyway, Jay's relevance will be up once we wrap up Earth 2.
I'm just wondering though....24 without Kiefer Sutherland? I'm not sure that'll fly.

I think he is the real Garrick, although the guy in the mask may be him too, somehow.

HAving rewatched Torchwood: Miracle Day I'd forgotten Teddy Sears was in it, and after X-Files S10/5 I see Lauren Ambrose AKA Jilly Kitzinger playing Special Agent Einstein opposite Special Agent Miller, played by Robbie Amell, so full circle we go

Fan reaction to them doesn't seem to have been great so I don't think, even if he's lying, there's a chance it goes ahead. What's the point? Mulder and Scully with different names? At least Dogett and Reyes shook up the status quo a bit.

Since when has not being who you say you are, or having died meant much in Flash? Wells is a series regular after dying under another name last year, after all My point - more obviously - was nothing to do with continuity but that the actor will be rather unavailable.
