I've been having a relisten/rethink of the Series A audios, and have a new version of the timeline. I'm aware that the boxes and production notes might suggest other placings.
I'd appreciate comments/criticism/general laughter
The Way Back
Space Fall
Cygnus Alpha
Time Squad
The Web
Seek-Locate-Destroy
Mission To Destiny
7.2 - Disorder
1.1 - The Turing Test
1.3 - Counterfeit
4.1 - Promises
Duel
Project Avalon
7.3 - The Hard Road
10.1 - Velandra
10.3 - Ministry of Peace
Breakdown
Bounty
Deliverance
Orac
Disorder - Vila says he has not known the crew very long, but he and Avon have fought Federation guards before.
Avon seems to be following Blake's orders without much resistance, so I'm inclined to place this pretty early in Series A.
The Turing Test - The android "14" is not as sophisticated as the one in Project Avalon, and given the events of that story, and the wonder that Avon and Vila experience with "14", it makes sense that The Turing Test is the earlier of the two. Mention of events from Mission To Destiny. (This story and Disorder could be the other way around).
Counterfeit - Blake mentions information gained from the Liberator's successful raid on Centero (Seek-Locate-Destroy).
Promises - Cally was given the job of sorting through some recently acquired records (from information decoded using the cypher machine from Centero, perhaps?). Travis is on his own, as he is in Duel, the next story.
The Hard Road - Blake refers to the recent events of Project Avalon. Gan mentioned, Orac is not.
Velandra - Blake considers the crew well used to his whims of where he would like to take the Liberator. He mentions Cygnus Alpha (Cygnus Alpha) and Project Avalon (Project Avalon).
Ministry of Peace - no real placement information other than Gan present, and Orac not.
Moved to Series B
Solitary - clearly very shortly before Brother (which from the presence of Orac puts this in Series B)
Spy - Orac present, and leads neatly into Shadow.
Epitaph - Vila drinks Adrenaline & Soma, placing it post Horizon (which is the first time he encounters the drink).
Retribution - Vila dreams of Adrenaline & Soma, again placing this after Horizon.
The Terra Nostra (Shadow) are mentioned (and are known to both Avon and Vila).
Gan is present, but no mention of Orac. Orac would doubtless have told the crew that the world they were visiting (Trece?) was no longer a key Federation world as they believe, which would have probably changed the story considerably, but the Adrenaline & Soma keeps this as Series B for me.
Kerr - Servalan experiments with a clone of Avon. She picked him to clone as she believes he is the member of the Liberator crew most likely to betray Blake. While she could have inferred this information from Federation records, she only meets Jenna for the first time in Pressure Point, and so it's only by then that she's met the entire crew. Kerr fits well with Wolf and Weapon, all being concerned with Servalan's cloning experiments, and has nothing to tie it explicitly to Series A.
