A 3 release sub and the ability to do pick and choose subs on the main range. I'd love to be able to fill the holes in my MR collection without paying full price for trilogies or waiting for sales that may never come.

That's not a bad idea!!! otherwise the web site seems fine to me! What exactly is wrong with it? It is impossible to try and incorporate everyones individual needs IMHO.

I would like to see the "wish list" which has already been mentioned. I would also like to have the option of "tagging" a title to show that you have it even if you bought it on another site, etc. That way, while searching through stuff you would be able to see if you have it (even if you didn't buy it directly from BF). The last option I would like to see, I'm sure won't happen, is to have a category for the "discontinued" titles, such as Stargate, Highlander, Robin Hood, Tomorrow People. That way we can find the download that way instead of having to search page after page of individual titles to find those series. Yes, you can still download those if you bought them. By category, I don't mean on the main page for everyone to see and start questions about. I mean in your own account tabs. You do know that you can narrow the list of purchases in your account down to specific ranges, right? That way you can find a release within a specific range that you want to download, rather than scrolling through pages and pages of all your available downloads. If you've bought it and it's in your account, the range should be findable in the drop down menu that says, "Filter by range." That said, I'd like to be able to search for a specific title within my list of "available downloads". The furthest you can narrow it down to is "range". So if you are looking for a specific release within a big range with many releases, such as the Main Range, you still have to scroll through several pages of releases to find the specific title you want.

The ********** website is a very good review site because users can go a bit more in-depth with rating stories, breaking it down into things like plot, performances and replay, as well as advise on if they feel previous stories are necessary. Even linking or using this for reference would be useful for things like sales, and there's a more definite ranking system to decide between two stories you're stuck between.
It'd benefit both Big Finish and **********. People looking to buy things from Big Finish can do a bit of research, and it gives ********** web traffic. It even encourages some kinds of listeners to engage more and submit reviews and ratings on stories they listen to.

In conjunction with the search feature, tags on product pages and podcast pages. You may search up Tom Baker, and in the results you not only get the audios he's starred in but the podcasts he's guest starred in for example. Or just search the podcasts for ones with the Fifth Doctor tag, indicating drama teases or free episodes of Fifth Doctor stories (episode one of Butcher of Brisbane is free through a podcast from 2012 for example).

I would like to a option for sort e.g. sixth dr with Daleks then find out what you have got and what you are missing That exists. Find & Filter section on the right. Although only for one range at a time. There are certain websites out there (my brain by default goes to...um...NSFW ones, but let's say job banks to keep this PG ) that have a series of checkboxes/search conditions down the left frame that let you filter down the results. So if you have nothing checked, everything displays. If you check Sixth Doctor, only stories containing the Sixth Doctor appear. If you then click the Daleks box, now it only shows stories with the Sixth Doctor and Daleks. Click the Charley box too and now it filters down to only stories containing Sixie, Daleks, and Charley. It would be really nice if the next version of the website implemented a robust search feature like that, and included a variety of categories like characters/monsters, actors, directors, etc. The search function on the current version of the website....well, let's be polite and say that it leaves a bit to be desired. (And yes, I know that I am replying to a two-and-a-half-year-old post)

Not fussed about anything.....it does it job now for me....,
It’s stable and you can buy stuff.......all the search functions seem a bit overkill to me
Personally I would rather have app improvements that a website revamp......
Search function on app is terrible, display all title, on screen volume control, need access to bonus and sub bonuses, ability to use on more than one device and position across devices, windows 10 and Apple TV app would be nice. Streaming option, able to down load 1 episode of a box set, The apps good but not great and not too stable.
Money would be better spent there than on website........imho

"Works" being a relative term, of course The search function is dodgy, the cart sometimes/apparently completely at random sometimes forgets you've put stuff in it, the front page is a clutter of haphazardly organized 'tabs,' there's massive amounts of dead space on both sides of the screen, the ranges page's approach of icons rather than font has far outgrown its functionality, on ongoing ranges pages (in the latest release tab) if it's not formatted right it bumps the See All Releases link down out of the box into nether space where you can't click it....and let's not even get started on how slowwwww the site is (though to be fair that's likely down to their server/datacentre than the site itself). I'm sure the site worked and worked great in its heydey, but so did my old 1995 car up until it started being more hassle than it was worth. Nick's been talking up the new page for what seems like forever, I hope it lives up to the talk

The speed of the site is fine for me. It’s very responsive. I still like the site after all this time. I should think it’s provided a decent ROI for the company. The only problem for me is how slow the account pages are. I have to wait a good 2 minutes just to pull up a new release.

A search and find for 'Justin Richard's stuff' so I can continue my love-in for his stories.
The app - is very good but does behave strangely at times. I'm with muckypup in that you should be able to download bits of a boxset, pain in the arse at present having to download all with limited phone space.

No problem here with page load times on the current BF website either, but with all the various ranges BF produce the website does look a bit clunky and needs a bit more thought put in to it. So a more tidy looking site would be nice. I don't actually have a problem with the current website though. Personally I'd rather they put a bit more thought in to the BF mobile app, which constantly freezes and doesn't allow you to access subscriber bonus releases or any other extra content that gets added.

The site has been wonderfully dependable in my experience. Even though I can obviously think of lots of different changes that could be done, I could also live without them. A wishlist is my biggest one, but I could just write one on paper if I don't keep losing it. :-)
