The Tenth Doctor Adventures Volume 2 Limited Edition comes with a special disc to introduce newcomers to the world of Doctor Who on audio. For each, it plays the trailer and follows with behind-the-scenes interviews. (Lots of interviews, as it only goes through six releases in 65 minutes while the previous got through nine.) There is also no Russell T. Davies interview or Nick Briggs introduction this time around.
The releases exhibited are:
UNIT: Assembled
Classic Doctors, New Monsters: Volume 2
The Ninth Doctor Chronicles
The Third Doctor Adventures
[The New Adventures of] Bernice Summerfield: The Unbound Universe
The Early Adventures: The Outliers

I wonder how they decided on the releases to focus on?
Really surprised there is no focus on an Eigth Doctor and/or Fourth range, but it must have been difficult to just choose 5 releases to focus on. With an hour available I would have expected a broader and more shatter gun approach.

I reckon that may have been justified with the inclusion of Classic Doctors, New Monsters Volume 02, since both Doctors are featured there.

The Benny/Unbound series seems an odd choice to include, I would've thought that was a little fringe for new listeners.

With an hour available I would have expected a broader and more shatter gun approach. Considering that there was a similar disc with Volume 1 (and both downloads came with Vortex, with their own lists), I guess the releases they are focusing on is getting more unusual. On the other hand, UNIT: Assembled and Classic Doctors, New Monsters both help introducing the New Series audience to the Classic Series. I suppose it was a good idea to showcase their full-cast Ninth Doctor release, however much it does not involve Christopher Eccleston. While the Unbound range does not include an "official" doctor, it has a New Series tone/pace, and its non-inclusision of CE, DT, MS or PC may help audiences adjust to the idea that there is material beyond TV New Who. Also, come on, obviously those four ARE the only "official" Doctors, anyway. For that same reason, New Who audiences probably don't care about Classic Doctor recasts, justifying the Third Doctor Adventures. But anything not full-cast? Why? I suppose, if they've reached this far, maybe. Assuming they haven't gone bankrupt catching up on all the full-cast ranges.

There was a disc like this on Light at the End, focusing on end of 2013 Doctor Who releases. Most likely it was behind the scenes material leaving post production at the time.
