In light of the New Series Doctor Who stories beginning to be novelized, there's always the possibility that the spinoffs will as well! IIRC, some of the SJAs have already been put to pen (about a third of them, actually), so there's already some precedent!
So, I ask you, dear Torchwood forum, what stories do you think would most benefit from being fleshed out in prose, and who would you like reading the audiobooks? Setting aside Children of Earth and Miracle Day, which would probably be giant multipart works, like the Daleks' Master Plan novelization, we're obviously mainly looking at Series 1 & 2.
Of those... from Series 1: Everything Changes, in first person, from Gwen's POV, read by either Myles herself, or Clare Corbett, who was lovely in First Born.
Countrycide I think could be particularly terrifying, and I have no idea who I'd have reading it.
And I'd want Indira Varma reading They Keep Killing Suzie.
from Series 2: Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang read by James Marsters (he's got a surprisingly nice audioreader track record)
Dead Man Walking, read by Burn Gorman if they can get him for the required chunk of time.
Fragments, read by each relevant cast member in turn.
And, while we're dreaming, I want them to go back and do readings of the original novels that don't yet have readings, and to do audiobooks of the Titan storylines, since it's pretty obvious that those desperately wanted to be novels but had to settle for being comics instead.

While I am not overly excited to see novelizations of the episodes or audios of the comics (I just can not get into those), I would love to see audio versions of some of the original novels and since some of the same authors are working now with big finish it may well be possible. The Twilight Streets would be my first choice :-). That said I am loving the new things that they are developing in audio. Norton Folgate is a stand out!

While I am not overly excited to see [...] audios of the comics (I just can not get into those) I want to like Exodus Code and the comics that follow it, but, man, do I just not really care about the new characters. The Barrowmans seem to have a very different idea of where Torchwood should have gone after Series 4 than everyone else. That being said I imagine full-cast adaptions of that era, with decent actors, could turn me around, simply by having good performances. Not that it'll ever happen...

Yes if anyone could rehab the exodus code cast it would be Big Finish. I just can't seem to connect with them. Not even a little bit. Meanwhile Mr Colchester immediately hit my fav character list. Orr is still trying to grow on me.

I'd love to see The Young Colchester adventures, some sort of anthology detailing his background leading up to Series 5. A Juno Dawson-penned Orr story would also be pretty cool.

Actually yeah, something like Short Trips but for Torchwood would be pretty awesome. Maybe it could even be done a little like The Churchill Years, with Colchester telling Colin about some of the adventures he had as a boy. Might be the sort of thing he'd do with a glass of whiskey after a particularly long day at the office

I'd quite like to hear an adaption of Exodus Code, which makes it easier to have Ice Maiden audios in the future.

The Exodus Code was meh. Not that I didn't enjoy reading it, but it was nothing to write home about. As they say.

I enjoyed it, not excellent but I think an adaption would be interesting, and a gateway to future Ice Maiden stories.

Might be. Depends on how it's adapted.

"The Twilight Streets" "The House that Jack Built" "First Born" To be honest any Torchwood novelisation(19 to choose from) gets my vote!!!
