My problem is I'm not sure I want all the releases enough to get the bundle. I'm kind of with you on this. However, with just a handful of definite exceptions, I've been happy with the vast majority of BF's offerings, so I'm usually very willing to take a punt on whatever they feel they want to release. So... I went and ponied up several fistfuls of dollahs.

Just to point out that Louis Jameson is not actually writing this.
1.1 Up in the Air by Gemma Page
1. 2 Dancing With A Spitfire by Victoria Saxton
1.3 Flying Blind by Helen Goldwyn
1.4 Too Close To The Sun by Jane Slavin
Directed By: Louise Jameson
It says “created by” Louise Jameson. Her concept(story idea) yes But she is not one of the writers.

Big Finish Productions' Facebook page has uploaded a brief video focusing on The Human Frontier, by award-winning Big Finish writer/director Nicholas Briggs. I wish I could link to the actual video, rather than the general page, but I can't!

Apart from S hilling and Sixpence and Blind Terror, I am becoming more and more tempted to go for Jeremiah Bourne in Time. The write up sounds pretty impressive to me, and is clearly a project close to the heart of Nigel Planer. And what a cast - worth getting purely for the involvement of Sophie Thompson, I'd suggest! And Barnaby Edwards remains one of Big Finish's most consistently excellent directors. Have you listened to Scarlet City, on Audible, which he has also directed. It is apparantly the UK's largest ever full-cast audio adaptation of a single story. It's tres bon!

Look at that cast! Told in three parts, hear Medieval London come to life in this historical epic, Audible Original's most ambitious production to date. Narrated by Miriam Margolyes, OBE (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Romeo + Juliet, Mulan) and starring Douglas Booth (Riot Club, Loving Vincent, Shelley) as Jonah, and Alison Steadman, OBE (Gavin and Stacey, Orphan Black, Shirley Valentine) as Cecilia Hillock.
Also featuring: Daniel Anthony, Josephine Arden, John Banks, Timothy Bentinck, Clare Buckfield, Beth Chalmers, Elliot Chapman, Trevor Cooper, Oliver Coopersmith, Raymond Coulthard, Gareth David-Lloyd, Richard Earl, Andrew French, Helen Goldwyn, James Joyce, Olly McCauley, Tony Millan, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Katarina Olsson, Steven Pacey, Nicholas Pegg, Nigel Planer, Siobhán Redmond, Christopher Ryan, David Schofield, Dan Starkey, Sarah Sutton, Alexander Vlahos, Niky Wardley, Finty Williams, Claire Wyatt

Yes!
Transference is a disturbing crime thriller with a difference (concept by David Richardson written by John Dorney & Andrew Smith)
And its 8 hours in length.
Also per David R's Twitter Roland Moore and Jane Slavin are writing for this as well.
Regards

"Jeremiah Bourne in Time", looks very interesting, i hope BF will consider releasing these on CD, as i prefer my audio that way, maybe if they sell well enough they might consider a CD release, if they do i'll be buying.

I too found this the next best thing in the lot after Cicero, which I'm definitely going to get. However getting the bundle means putting off my Ravenous purchase for either Feb or March..

Done with dithering and pre-ordered the £99 bundle. I am sure some people listen to Big Finish because of their passion for Doctor Who, but I listen because they make rather splendid audio dramas. And whilst there are some Original range titles I'm more interested in than others, I am sure all will be entertaining.

Yes, they do rather make great audio drama. (and I speak from the perspective of being myself a kinda-sorta sound designer) to the point where I go and edit the stock meta-data to read "Audio Drama" instead of "Audiobook" for most of BF titles (except for book readings and Short Trips, oh, and most of the "Chronicles" titles)

I came to BF as a 'Doctor Who' fan and within six months was a 'Big Finish' fan! When I discovered them through 'The Light at the End', I never thought that within a few years I'd be anticipating further legal adventures in Ancient Rome or that I would have heard an excellent 'Hamlet' or have a very special H.G.Wells collection or ... Big Finish - We love your stories!

Yup, I've completed my pondering and taken the plunge also.
Good list of actors, writers, hard to say no to that.

Strangely only Jeremiah Bourne doesn't immediately intrigue me.

Regards mark687 I wondered at first, but reading the story details they announced later it does sound good - perhaps a hint of the style of R4's 'Bleak Expectations' half a century later, with some highly eccentric-sounding "Dickensian"-style early Edwardian characters - meets time travel mystery. And a great cast. I'm going to do something expensive (but excellent value) a bit later today too... and I thought January was going to be a month off from unscheduled BF spending!
