To be even more specific, the fates of each of the 17 TV episodes: Fall Out - not adapted, although the revelation of Number One's identity was used in Vol 2 Oh dear.

Note that the "(adapted from Many Happy Returns)" note appears to be left over when copying and changing the info from Volume 2.
Intrigued they're doing TGWWD, at least as a title - I'd have thought that was the one most likely to be skipped...

Well it's not actually a Prisoner script at all - it was an unused Danger Man script that was reformatted as one for The Prisoner towards the end of production when they were desperate for ideas. It's also a HUGELY visual story that's difficult to see how it could translate to audio. So it may well be this is a loose adaptation in a similar way to "I Met a Man Today", or just using the title for a completely different story like "Living in Harmony".

Cheers for the reply My favourite ITC series was Man in a Suitcase, and that ended up using a lot of scripts originally meant for other shows. Indeed, the results can be 'variable!' If I am honest, I like that Nick is tackling the less obvious stories and making them his own. We'll see how it turns out!

Although I'm not a fan of Big Finish's Prisoner stuff this is a pretty impressive coup to get an exclusive cover on a Titan comic!

There is no way I am getting the comic book - $25 Canadian for it, I don't care how bad a deal they have for shipping - that is beyond overpriced. I can get an omnibus edition containing 5 to 6 issues for that price.
I will order the download of volume three as the first two were fantastic.

I don’t have any insider knowledge on this, but from listening to it (today coincidentally) it’s reasonably clear that the ‘revelation’ is not intended to be the solution in this case. It’s subverted, rather than used, and suggests if anything that it isn’t going to be the solution to that question in this take on the series.

Hugely excited for this. But I must admit I balked at the release date. More than a year is simply too long imo.
Undecided about the comic though. Getting it is pricey. But that variant though!

If you preorder Volume 3, before the end of July, the comic is free: The Prisoner Volume 3 is available for pre-order at £25.00 on CD or £20.00 on download or as a bundle. And if you place your pre-order before the end of July this year, you’ll get a free copy of Titan Comics’ The Prisoner with the exclusive, special cover art featuring Mark Elstob as Number Six (with a small charge for shipping and only whilst stocks last).
You order the bundle here --> www.bigfinish.com/bundles/start/100/0Q, why have Big Finish only got this offer for CD purchases, why aren't they offering it to download customers as well?

As near as I can tell the download does not include the comic, and if that is the case BF needs to make that clear on the website, alternately, they need to show the comic as part of the pre-order for download customers as well.

VERY CONFUSED......what's the point in this comic thing.......what's so special? a cover is that really a thing? can i just have it digitally....i don't want more paper clutter......
is it available to download only customers. why do i have to pay postage? what if i don't want it? can i have i sent to somewhere else as i am paying the postage.........
very poorly worded news item and product page.......i expect better....
in fact i think i will wait and keep the money in my account

I can get the regular version of the comic here in the US for the usual price and get the download of set 3. I'm only 4 episodes into the TV show so far, it's unlike anything I have ever seen.
