VERY intrested in this. Big Finish skirting off into the unknown, into the light and darkness of humanity is a very exciting prospect. Can't wait for this.

Thinking about this and being totally shady so call me out on it, but do we really trust Nick to write a complex sci-fi drama about the human condition? Most of his writings tend to be rather... bleugh for me.

I think with the right material that Nick is quite a capable writer. The idea of him coming up with something from scratch intrigues me.

That it has been pushed back, and quietly, is all we really know about this. And I'll vote for Callan being the first one we get. I don't know that we will ever get Jekyll & Hyde.

I would like to ask Nick if Space: 1999 popping into his lap altered his plans for The Human Frontier at all.

Thinking about this and being totally shady so call me out on it, but do we really trust Nick to write a complex sci-fi drama about the human condition? Most of his writings tend to be rather... bleugh for me. At his worst he can be very repetitive, pulpy and derivative, although sometimes this plays to his advantage. The first Dark Eyes, whilst nothing groundbreaking, its never anything less than entertaining. I'm very fond of series 2 of Charley Pollard for the same reason and Colin's swan song is surprisingly pleasing. He really hits high though with the War Doctor finale and Creatures of Beauty, two of my favourite plays of all time.
