The free episode of ATA Girl got me to instantly buy a series I wasn’t planning to. The free episode of this convinced not to buy something I was considering. I like a lot of Nigel Fair’s work but thought these one leaned too hard into the tropes.
Never fear BF, I’ll still break the bank buying other great releases!

I've been really looking forward to this since I found out about it a few weeks ago. I'm down for anything David Warner, and this kind of paranormal mystery is definitely up my alley.

ARRRGGGH (but in a good way )
Seriously if you're a fan of Christie or Woodhouse or even if the previews just peaked your curiosity you NEED to buy this!
Brilliant ensemble piece, darkly humoured, grounded in some real-life tragedy, and full of intrigue.
Remember now you NEED to buy this!

As soon as I can spare the coin. Though I just know the images in my head are going to be alternating between Chancellor Gorkon and animated Ra's al Ghul...

Even though I'm not in much of a position to pay attention to an audio today, I've heard 3/4 of this because I was that keen to give it a listen. I have no idea whatsoever what just happened, but this is so obviously brimming with charm and intrigue that I won't mind a bit giving a re-listen soon when I can follow the twists and turns better.

Absolutely brilliant, but oh how I wish this had been on CD. It's also a pity that BF don't have printable CD covers as part of the package on these download only releases.

This series is wonderful on the second listen.I think it also benefits from new vocal talents to.All the”supporting cast” I don’t think I have heard many of them on BF before as normally a voice comes on and I can spot which one they have been on.Great Stuff am sure now it will get just as many plays as my Poirots,Marples Charles Paris and Shardlake murder mysteries. Needs a second season definitely to cement the team Agree wholeheartedly, this is quality!!Bring on a 2nd series please BF.(lets hope sales are going well!!!! ) Will listen to this over and over!!!! This is a real tapestry!!Characters and plot intermingled and woven together superbly by Nigel Fairs, his script complimented to the full by an incredibly talented cast.Never dull!! Never boring!!!Lots of unexpected twists and turns. This grabs your full attention right from the off,and never lets go!!!!

Nearing the end of the first story of this, quite a fun start.
