Will Billis getting his own Torchwood release I thought it would be interesting to learn more about some of the characters from Children of Earth and have stories about Mr Decker or Agent Johnson.
Is there a side character or bad guy you would be interested to see get their own story?

Solo John Hart stuff? And also a 4 disc CD box set: The Blowfish Chronicles The blowfish from Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and John Hart were partners.. Definitely spin off material. Think it would be cool to have John Hart in a more serious release than the death of captain jack. (Good as that was)

I would like resolution to the Rex Matheson cliffhanger (well, not exactly “cliffhanger,” but you know what I mean) at the end of Miracle Day. Seems like a pretty big thread to just leave dangling.
And while on the Miracle Day angle, we never found out what the Jilly Kitzinger/blue-eyed man/Plan B thing was either. So I’d like to see her return as well.

Lois Habiba with DI Kathy Swanson set between Children of Earth and Miracle Day. Swanson is investigating a crime which needs Torchwood’s help but the only person in the UK with any connection to Torchwood that isn’t dead or in hiding is Lois Habiba who is extremely reluctant to help.

The only problem with that is Cush Jumbo is an incredibly busy actress and I don't know if BF could get her in.

David Tennant, Burn Gorman, Eve Myles are also hugely busy in the UK and in Burn’s case, the US also so I believe getting Cush in for one days recording could happen.

Aside from a recent spell of appearances, her IMDB is a bit...sparse. I’m not sure I’d even want Lois Habiba appearances though, simply because I don’t know how you’d fit her in. She was introduced during Children of Earth, and Torchwood dissolves at the end of that series, until their reconstitution in Miracle Day. That doesn’t leave a lot of room to tell Torchwood stories featuring her character.

What if Henry Van Staten got involved? Him and Torchwood do have similar motivations.

Definitely would like to revisit the Victorian Torchwood characters.
More Norton. More Billis.
Love a few Martha Jones appearances set during her time with Torchwood.
As someone else mentioned, tie up (and in my opinion write out) Rex.
More of Ianto and Lisa pre her conversion.
Rather random, but since we are unlikely to ever get a Sarah Jane continuation at this point, can we tie up the mysterious dude in the pawn shop via Torchwood. He reminded me of Billis and in retrospect wish they would have used Billis instead for that SJA story.

Norton, Billis, Martha, Rex.
More of the different previous era Torchwood teams.

Love a few Martha Jones appearances set during her time with Torchwood. If Freema shows up with BF, I would hope they'd split her time between a box of 10DAs and a monthly Torchwood episode.

The morally grey Victorian lesbians is my main wish. I still think a Victorian Torchwood series would be a fantastic idea.
They could go full steampunk with the TW tech. maybe even go to Pete's World and show it as a point of divergence.
They are my favourite concept though. I'd also be all for Folgate's Torchwood. The fact that Torchwood is starting out just like Doctor Who did in 1999 gives me high hopes.
I would love a Jon Hart box.

The fact that Torchwood is starting out just like Doctor Who did in 1999 gives me high hopes. Oh man, they really are, aren't they? Starting out with monthly (ish) "Main Range" releases starring whichever actors they can get in, doing wonderful stories and building up less-popular show characters, introducing bloody brilliant new cast members... and then the equivalent of getting McGann in for the EDA Seasons, getting RTD in to oversee the official Season 5 (and now 6!) continuations of the show! Branching off into special releases, exploring other eras... ahhhh it's all so good! One can hope that it's still going strong nearly two decades later as well

Interesting re-reading this thread as quite a few of the suggestions have actually happened.
Here's a few more suggestions:
Harriet Jones, Prime Minister, and Torchwood One could be interesting.
More on Jack's daughter, both before and after Children Of Earth.
I'd like a pre-season 1 full cast with Suzie instead of Gwen
