So I wonder if one of the surprises of Bloodline will be a recast Julia Hoffman. That was broached on bookface over the weekend.. Yes. I just saw that thread on the Book of Faces.

I know without the TV show the audios would be nothing but I have been watching the TV SHOW on amazon prime and yes it’s brilliant but The Team at Big Finish just really do it so much better and enjoy the audios more

The TV show was essentially producing 5 live pieces of theater every week for several years. The audios have the benefit of hindsight and time that the series only could have dreamed of.

It’s not a complaint at alll just a preference I know without the tv show the audios would be nothing.I just so enjoy the audios.Always say great show and a greater audio range. The best in the big finish range

I was just looking at the "what's new" section for next month, on the Big Finish website, and it seems to look like we get all of Bloodline in the month of April. To me that looks as though 3 episodes a week, Monday - Wednesday - Friday.
But my question is : wasn't Bloodlust released 2 eps a week Wednesday and Friday last time?
I wonder if they will be released at 12AM like last time

Well, well, well, is that a Julia Hoffman I see? Dunno if it looks like her, but it does kind of sound like her, doesn't it? {Spoiler}"Once again, the tortured vampire, Barnabas Collins, is amongst them. But this time he is not alone. After so many years away, Doctor Julia Hoffman has returned with him, finally convinced she has the means to cure his affliction."

I'm supremely glad to see that Jerry Lacey is back! He's playing a new character, which is a little of a shame, as I still want to know more about Isaiah, but still! He's back!
Also, new girl Bonnie Sands... related to Malachi, mayhaps?

Hey BF folks, I have a question about ordering Bloodline. When Bloodlust came out, you could order the CD sets and get the new episodes as they were released online, all for one price. On your website that option doesn't seem to be offered for Bloodline. Do we have to purchase a downloaded version and a CD version separately?

I believe we don't, but I wasn't into Dark Shadows when Bloodlust came out so I could be wrong. For the Bloodlust Box Sets in my download account you can download each episode separately as Bonus Content, so I'm guessing Bloodline will be like that: The boxset may not appear in the account but in the ordered not yet released you can get the episodes as they are released.

It's been awhile now but if I'm remembering right they do get released as downloads as they get released, and you can download them before the physical CD gets released. I MIGHT be remembering wrong though, it has been awhile and I think I got into it towards the end part of the last miniseries (but might've downloaded all of it when it had ended, I'm honestly not sure). I'm insanely curious about the recast for Julia. I wonder if they'll feel they'll need to explain it somehow (Like how they explained Andrew Collins getting recast as Barnabas). Seems unlikely. And hey, we may potentially be getting a recast Roger and Elizabeth as well, which I have to admit, as great as Joan Bennet and Louis Emmonds were, I wouldn't necessarily mind provided the actors are good.
