Have you listened to all the Klein stories? There have been other stories in which I felt a sympathy for her. The later ones.

I am missing two Kleins The Architects and Persuasion but i will get around to them I do love a thousand tiny wings (is that the title?old age lol.) Sometimes it just takes an accidental listen to unlock something about a character The memory hasn't failed you

And I wasn't aware UNIT: Dominion had a bad rep. Outside of Raine not really having anything to do, I found it quite a lot of fun.

I love UNIT Dominion!
It might be this story alone that makes the McQueen Master one of my favorites. And I really liked Beth Chalmers. Could she have done more? Of course, but I still think she was really good.
In fact, I think it's time to listen to that one again!

I love Unit: Dominion. An audio that really feels like a blockbuster movie in a good way. Raine's role would have been decent if this was just one of many Raine appearances, like I thought it would be, but it's really odd being her only one outside the Lost Stories. At the time it came out, I was convinced it was setting up Raine as McCoy's new Main Range companion, but instead she seems to have fallen to the wayside. I can't help but feel the rumours of Cartmel being possessive of the character may be true.

I was convinced it was setting up Raine as McCoy's new Main Range companion, but instead she seems to have fallen to the wayside. I would have loved to see Raine Creevy join McCoy's Doctor in the Main Range. That would have really shaken up the Seventh Doctor stories. Not surprised BF didn't do it though as they seem to be more interested in playing it safe and persisting with Ace/Hex. (Yawn!)
FWIW, I also thought UNIT Dominion was very good. I've definitely seen more good things said about it than bad anyway. Alex McQueen's Master and Klein were great in this, and there was a lot of fun moments. UNIT Dominion was a little bit different but I found it very enjoyable.

I put so much hard work into UNIT: Dominion, alas, it was my last collaboration with Big Finish.

I’m not sure if it has been mentioned once in this thread but I’ve seen it mentioned several times over the years that a lack of Raine came down to Andrew Cartmel exercising control over the character rather than a lack of interest on Big Finish’s part in wanting to use her.

I have a couple of friends that I think would love this story, but it's hard to sell the release to someone without giving away big spoilers.
Of course, the release has been out so long, that it's hard to avoid the biggest spoiler now.

I put so much hard work into UNIT: Dominion, alas, it was my last collaboration with Big Finish. That was a pity any reason? I have to admit I was a blown away by the sound i dont usually listen via headphones but some reason i did and it had the WOW factor At the time my mental health was not good at all, so was missing deadlines. How I managed to get this crazy boxset done at all is a bit of a miracle! I put so much hard work into UNIT: Dominion, alas, it was my last collaboration with Big Finish. On a side note will the Coming of Martians be available on Amazon anytime in the future? It will be available on Amazon in October. However, it is unlikely to be fulfilled by Amazon, at least for now.

I can't say for sure, as people on the internet are not necessarily right all the time either! If it is true and Andrew Cartmel has said that then fair enough. Although I'd find it strange that a creator wouldn't want to allow their characters to be brought to life and appear in more stories, as opposed to being consigned to the dustbin of history! However, people do strange things all the time and for strange reasons, so anything is possible.
