She mightn't say much, but Daisy sounds scarily similar to her mother in this. I'm looking forward to this even more now!

This new trailer seems to have been plucked from early Seventies, radiophonic Doctor Who. I've said it before about these 3DA, comprised mainly as they are of recasts, but they make me feel quite emotional. Needless to say, I cannot wait for this.

Ugh Daisy Ashford sounds amazing. I know the chances are slim of getting a response, but to any of the BF Creatives lurking on here: What are the chances of getting a set set within Season 7, having Treloar, Ashford and Culshaw? I understand that you're probably wanting to work with Katy Manning as much as possible, and honestly fair enough. But considering how popular the range is, surely you could do two sets a year or something, one with Jo and one with Liz. It'd be rather delightful if anything else. (I say this as a bias as Season 7 is probably my favourite Pertwee season, and Liz Shaw was a highly, highly underrated (if not the most underrated Classic) companion and I'd love to see more of that team, even as a one-off special set).

I’d say anything’s possible. Just uuuh....chuck in a good word You can be guaranteed to have at least one buyer! And thanks for responding to me, I appreciate it, and I can't wait for your upcoming story as well! A sequel to my favourite 3rd Doctor story? Should be marvellous (and no pressure of course!).

Make that 500, as I’ve decided I speak for all now!!! Tsk..I don't know..you make someone President of the Universe for a couple of Boxsets and all that power goes right to their head...😝 But I'm definitely a plus 1 on the 3rd Doctor / Liz Shaw Boxset idea. I guess though we just have to wait for listener reaction to Daisy in her mum's role to see if wishful thinking becomes reality..

Simple solution, make me president of the universe and only release my reign in single cds and it shall never end!

I have, much like Colon Baker's run been looking at Pertwee through adult eyes and although Peter is still a solod favourite there is just something so amazing about his era.
I read Carnival of.Monsters multiple times, and have listened to the audiobook 3 times in the last year.
As much as I love the 80s Doctors there is something about feeling like I have an actual lost serial in my hands.
And despite how modern the scifi was in the Monk piece both that and the Cyberman piece were like actual serials. I could see the grainy colour pictures and Everything.
It's Beautiful and I would love to see two sets a year.
And it would be very interesting if they ever got Daisy's da on board!

They're sorted with the Big Finish originals in my brain, I guess. This is their fifth appearance on audio, after all.
Although, now that I remember that they existed on TV, I also remember the lovely bit in No Future where Benny mercilessly mocks them, "the only race in history to be outwitted by the intellectual might of the Sontarans."

This forum actually gets a mention on the BF site,if you click-on dangerwillrobinson link above under BACKSTAGE writer John Dorney says this
Whenever people have floated the idea of a sequel it’s always the alternative universe aspect. And not its featured monsters. (As I was writing this, someone on the Not Big Finish forum said it’d be impossible to bring the Primords back. I laughed, then cried...). They’re underexplored, often ignored. So if we’re looking for the same, but different, that seemed a good place to go. What makes a Primord tick? And what happens when you don’t have another universe to escape to?
Fame at last!!!
