With another bumper month ahead of us, what are you most looking forward to Father Finishmas sending to you?
And two old friends (I use the word flexibly in one case!) are back:
And beyond the Doctor's universe,

I'm getting everything bar the short trip and the star trek one. Probably most looking forward to war master, but am also expecting survivors and the EA to be good.
Not that keen on Iris TBH, but have a sub so I am getting it

Really looking forward to the latest story with Iris and of course the 6th Doctor in a "predator"-like story...
For the War Master I will wait for reviews before I commit. Not because I do expect it to be bad, but because the first set was too good- I am very sensitive and it really affected me mentally.
So potentially it might not be for me...

The War Master, the Short Trip, Benny: In Time (novel only), and, if I can summon the courage, I'll be putting in a subscription starting with Muse of Fire ( *gulp* the shipping is more than 1/ 3 of the price of the sub on top of the sub itself...). It should be a good month of new material with plenty of room for backlog *EDIT: Oh, and the Paul Spragg Memorial Short Trips, of course

The two main rangers for me. I hope Paul Magrs can inject some life into the last of the latest run of Seventh Doctor stories (which started so well with Red Planets). And the last scheduled monthly range Sixth Doctor story (I have heard rumours - just rumours, so don't shoot me etc - that Colin has fallen out with his current regular co-stars and this may have thrown schedules somewhat. Now I've said that, tomorrow, Big Finish will probably announce a new run with Flip and Constance).
Also, Survivors series 8. How long has it been? Will they start wrapping things up for the possibility of a series 9 being the last throw of the dice?
Interesting times!

Really? Over what, I wonder?

Really? Over what, I wonder? Colin? I am curious about this, too... I am also always surprised where people find all those rumours...

Really? Over what, I wonder? Well I don't know about the rumours but the more likely facts are:
Bonnie Langford's EastEnders schedule didn't match with Colin's availability.
Maranda Raison's (Constance Clarke) has had a baby this year.
And don't forget Nicola Bryant and India Fisher have both recorded special stories with him this year.

Colin? I am curious about this, too... I am also always surprised where people find all those rumours... Yes. Any real source would help. Else sadly it just feels like baseless gossip. A fan forum I have seen, which I shouldn't really pay attention to. You know the one. Probably just the usual nonsense. As I say, I just pass on the gossip - for that is probably all it is ...
{Spoiler} Part of the quote: A friend told me that Colin has fallen out with Bonnie Langford, Lisa Greenwood and Miranda Raison. Says she was told at a con recently. Colin's always been very enthusiastic about everything to do with Big Finish. But you never know ...

I feel it’s just pointless speculation, the last three trilogies had been sixie and Constance so a break from that to do solo travels, something that doesn’t happen to the sixth doctor that much tbh, doesn’t seem that odd. It probs also saves money, Also Colin does always seem very happy with big finish and their work.
On subject though I’m getting all doctor who releases this month 😀

All DW items pre-ordered, am probably most looking forward to Muse of Fire and Master of Callous - and perhaps if we're very good, Santa might bring us an early boxset?

I have to agree with you... I find it much more likely that is was a scheduling conflict than a personal conflict to be honest.
Also- since we are talking 6th Doctor rumours- are there any floating about for the 6th Doctor boxset next year? It might be one of my most anticipated releases to be honest....

Someone said something about colin falling out with his co stars on Galley base, thats the extent of the rumour. Most likley untrue and due to scheduleing. I mean he hasn't done an audio with nic since 2013 but nobodys saying they’ve fallen out 🤷♂️

I’m anticipating all the Doctor Who related releases; it’s a busy month for me!
The Hunting Ground mainly due to its story; I hope it’s a proper Scandi noir thriller. Muse of Fire because it’s the Seventh Doctor and Iris!
The Early Adventures because this series has been brilliant and the final one sounds the most intriguing.
The Short Trips are a fab range, so I look forward to the majority of those!
The first War Master set was superb, so I’m intrigued to see where they’re taking the range next, even though it’ll be set beforehand!
