has anyone got the single blue ray as EPISODE RECONSTRUCTIONS they put part 1 and 2 on the colour disk and part 3 and 4 on the black and white disk the steel box 1 which is a very odd thing to do The recon would indeed fit on the one bluray disc's special features but the set is also out on DVD - and it wouldn't fit on one DVD disc. So rather than go through the expense of reauthoring the set for bluray, they mirrored it from the DVD which makes complete sense.

So is anyone on this side of the pond somewhat bitter that BBC can't be bothered to even release a digital version of the story here in the states? I'd love to support these releases but I really can't do that when i have no legal option of seeing them. Me. We have to wait till OCTOBER!! I don't understand it. I got lucky. I was in the UK when it was released and watched it with a friend, but it still makes me angry. If it's anything like the last animations, it's because BBC America have contributed in exchange for first broadcast rights before a digital or physical release occurs and Fathom Events chipped in a fair amount with the one-night cinema screenings. I can see why it frustrates but if the same applies here to the reasoning for the last few delays, according to Charles Norton it's a delay or potentially no release at all on physical media.
