Question about "return to top of page" forum feature.

I run my own freeforums forum, and was wondering how I could get that little arrow on the right that pops up once you've scrolled a bit and will take you back to the top of the page.

If anyone knows how to turn that on or which plugin I need, would be much appreciated.
