I don't love it, I don't hate it. It's ok.
That being said, I find the witch ladies kinda fun.

Oddball short done well, as opposed to the, in spite of the Guest Cast, boring main event. However with the passage of time, it might've worked as an early 11th Doc release.

I thought this was good. Every once in a while, a story made of gingerbread is just the ticket. :-)

I actually liked this one okay. It didn't make a huge impression. I remember thinking it meandered a bit during the end, and I also the epilogue a bit more than the main story, but I also recall thinking that I appreciate that Big Finish takes chances with unusual stories.

Got this release in a MR sale back in August and didn't think it was too bad.
I thought the one-episode story 'The Vanity Box' was better and Colin Baker is highly amusing in this one. Seemed to be a pastiche of Coronation Street to that episode as well, which made it a bit more light hearted than the longer story.
The main story wasn't too bad. I liked the sisters and found them suitably creepy/eerie, which I suppose was the point. Probably better on audio than visually - the 'old ladies' from Paradise Towers were more comical than anything else. The whole thing has a very whimsical feel to it, linking more to fairy-tale than sci-fi. A nice side-step and definitely better than some of the 3-1 stories that BF went with at this time.
I do wonder if this story would have worked better with Evelyn than Mel though...
