To me I think that the word "reveal" means it won't be a new release/range. I am reading it as more of revealing that a character/characters will be in an already announced release.
So for example The Paternoster Gang appearing in the next Jago & Litefoot box set, or the Master appearing in one of the War Doctor stories, or (and if I had to bet this would be what I would choose) what the 2016 multi doctor trilogy in the main range is about.
Any other guesses?

Trailers for War Doc, River Song, Churchill Boxset most likely
Cast for Torchwood Series 2 maybe?
Blindside Announcement?

I'm thinking it will be a trailer for The War Doctor (or alternatively revealing the War Doctors theme tune) or one of the other New Who releases, or possibly something tying in with the Cybermen's 50th Anniversary...if it was something massive I think they would have been dropping bigger hints to annoy/excite us with...

I sort of expected something, to either tickle our ears for Christmas or as a something to look forward to in the coming months, If i recall wasn't there a Terra Hawks things last year, and then the free Zelda Christmas release, which, I found on my hard drive earlier on....

... I wouldn't be surprised if they announce a multi-Doctor trilogy featuring 4,5,6,7 and 8 alongside War and 10. I think this is very unlikely for a number of reasons, first of all BF have repeatedly said Multi-Doctor stories whilst pleasing to the fans are hard to produce, write and often don't work that well, second it would be a very expensive audio for BF to produce, all their main stars plus presumably a set of companions to go with, we be looking at 14+ of BF presumably best paid actors plus supporting cast, I'd be surprised if BF felt they could take on such a costly production.

I highly doubt it's a multi-doctor special either. Maybe eventually but that should be reserved for something special. If they do if too often then it kind of loses its appeal.

BF share your opinion of course - Nicks on record as saying exactly that loads of times. I just think...percentage wise...we've had such a tiny amount of multi-Doc stories that I don't think BF have even slightly over-saturated the market.. I think if they've got a good story, that's the major factor. After all - Nick's also said he doesn't like writing the multi-Doc stories but yet he's written the two biggest at BF. Some of the other writers must have some interesting ideas on a multi-Doc story that haven't had the chance. That said..this isn't multi-Doc. We'd surely have a countdown for something like that

Nick also said he didn't imagine ever doing the Time War! I expect a sale on Light at the End and something radical like The Jackson Lake stories!

It would make sense to celebrate the fact they have the new series license now though. I'll be surprised if they don't at least produce a multi-Doctor with War and 10.

Nick also said he didn't imagine ever doing the Time War! Yeah, but he wasn't openly hostile to it either, was he? He's been very vocally against multi-Docs despite commissioning himself to write one.

Jackson Lake could produce some fantastic stories. Alternative timeline to the one told? or a continuation, what do we think?

Thinking outside the box maybe a series of 9/10 war/11 companion chronicals. As for the sale items 51-200 for a fiver. I know there is zero chance of this happening but It would save me a fortune

Jackson could have adventures just before Next Doctor, though maybe not - isn't his son kidnapped?
Maybe in years to come he has flashbacks and becomes a part-time investigator / meets J&L / meets the Paternoster Gang / joins Victorian Torchwood...
