I'm not sure if this used to happen, but if you subscribe to the Main Range now you also get all the free Part 1's for the stories that had those. This also includes the promo releases for Doctor Who Magazine (such as Urgent Calls and Mission of the Viyrans). I find that quite annoying, as I didn't/don't want them and they clutter up the app. I've bought the full story, what use is a sampler to me now? Totally agree. Have you conveyed this information to Big Finish? (I wouldn't necessarily count on them reading it and acting on it from a post here. In fact, I think that's very unlikely.) Edit: Though, actually, how are you seeing that? I'm not seeing free excerpts along with my main range sub on the app nor on my account on the website.

I haven't contacted them about it, mainly because I see nothing coming from it if I do. It's a pretty nondescript complaint that would be too much effort to try and fix for each individual customer who didn't like it. It's not something that's been retroactively added to accounts as far as I can see, I've only received them because I've bought a new retro sub since the website change. Maybe the set of stories I chose was a testing period for adding stuff like that to people's accounts? After all, The Brood of Erys was a part of the sub and the comes with a bunch of free stories (which I know was a thing before the change). Maybe free Part 1's were something else they were trying to get out to people at the same time?

What would be the point?

I have the Frankenstein Special edition and I can't find it on my downloads section of the new website. It's not under BF classics, where I can find the other classics I own. Can anyone help?

I believe the special edition doesn't include a download. I have the standard edition as a download. Perhaps you should email BF?

That is an odd one. The only time I can remember BF not including a download was with the Dorian set that collected the first couple of series on CD. Art cards seems like a strange reason to not include the D/L.

Here’s another curiosity of the new website-it seems buying something on your wishlist does not automatically remove it from your wishlist, you have to do it manually. Not a problem, just a bit of a oddity.

Oddity? I think I'd complain, or at least, mention it to the Powers Above. As whether or not it did so to yourself, others might be much more so annoyed.

Perhaps it was because I bought the release on my wishlist through the Master sale and it just bugged because of that.

I have to say that the new website has made picking a free gift release (when buying a 12 release monthly range sub) a lot more difficult. Instead of showing you the markers for different ranges that have releases in the right price range, as the old site did, you have to scroll through a long list of possible gift releases. Just a list, with no information, unless you click on a specific title to see what it is, and then click back and click on the next title to see what it is. And no marker saying "You've got this", even if you do click on the title to add it to your sub, in which case it does show you the release cover (but no "You've got this" for something you already own).
I ended up opening a separate window to check the names of releases from the list that I either knew I didn't have, or wasn't sure about. It was very time consuming.

Contrary to what Nick has asserted more than once on the podcast, scrolling down a page of the new website is super annoying. I was trying to view a specific thing on the website and couldn't cause every time I scrolled down the page to get to what I wanted to see, more releases kept loading, jumping the page away from the thing I was trying to see.
I don't know who the heck told him that "people don't mind scrolling" but they were wrong.

One thing I do like that’s coincided with the website redesign is the QR codes on the Big Finish adverts in DWM. I reckon that’ll get a few extra sales in from impulse buys.
