Really like the new look site. Navigation is much easier now. Like that previous purchases are made clear with the green circle. Payment is better now as you can save cards to the BF site. And the wishlist and recommendations are a welcome addition.

I quite like it. While a bit hard to explore at first, I'm already loving how it's divided and I think, in time, it'll be far better than the previous design. I have small nitpicks: I think the new giant thumbnails makes it a bit more irritating when scrolling through, especially when I wanna skip the Free episodes that I don't care about or don't consider necessary. I also would prefer the ranges to be up above the recent releases in the various hubs. And finally, I'm somewhat annoyed that Dark Eyes/Doom Coalition/Ravenous/Time War is all just chucked in the 8th Doctor range when I think, much like how Torchwood was divided into three sub-ranges now, they should still be divided.
But otherwise, excellent work to all involved! It's truly magnificent, and well-integrated.

It looks like they’ve accidentally used the thumbnail covers rather than the high quality resolution ones, which is unfortunate. It might be fine on a desktop, though.
The actual redesign is very nice. I’ve only had a quick look, but a category for The Time War is a great idea.
Have the download prices always gone up after the physical release has gone on general sale? I can’t say I’ve ever really noticed before, but Only the Monstrous is £24.99 on download, for example, whereas I’ve always thought it would stick at £20.

No unless bought on offer/ Sub/ or in a Bundle with releases that haven't come out yet, after a certain amount of time Both Formats for a release go up by £5

Much prefer the old web site. The ranges page was simple and easy to navigate. The new account page is just one almighty scroll to view your downloads. Before it was divided into seperate pages. Its too-much in your face and over-complicated,oh well you cannot please everyone.

UK prices seem to have dropped a penny - legacy of time UK cd down from £45 to £44.99 - and the same for a couple of others I checked

In the Eighth Doctor Collected range, yes, but that's it. That's my point: Basically the only range to exist now is Eighth Doctor Collected, as opposed to his various ranges.

Looks good but am finding it frustrating. Hate all the scrolling don't know why they couldn't have just kept pages. The you've got this and wishlist are nice.

On further exploration the endless scrolling is a bit annoying, did prefer the page format.
Added a few releases to wishlist, just to see if it does anything more than anything else.

Anyone having trouble with the Big Finish App with the update? It's saying I have not purchased any content.

Just logged in to the new website and the b****rds haven't lost any of my downloads! Oh well, I'm sure if I look hard enough I'll find something to moan about!

Sad not being able to log in with the old forum username anymore. Also, its way too scroll-y and Mobile!Version looking, and it's definitely not easier to find things. And the News feature is all the way at the bottom of the page?? I don't like it. But then, I am a change-hating curmudgeon, and I'll probably mostly come round. The old site certainly had its flaws, and at a glance, the new site seems to have eliminated the infuriating redirect loops you'd get in some ranges, so that's a plus.
edit: Seriously, scrolling to load more instead of having pages is a terrible system that should have died in 2010. I don't want to reload 300 results to get to the one you've semi-arbitrarily put at the bottom of the results!

I assume you mean “no longer”. That’s annoying.
