Fantastic!!!
I see in the credits Jayston is listed as playing 2 roles - The Doctor-Valeyard and the Trial-Valeyard. what can that mean?

Fantastic!!! I see in the credits Jayston is listed as playing 2 roles - The Doctor-Valeyard and the Trial-Valeyard. what can that mean? I was wondering the same thing. My current thinking is that this will kind of be "The Two Valeyards" - one from around the time of Trial (i.e. the "Young Valeyard") and the 'current' version in Gallifrey's chronology (i.e. the "War Valeyard"/Doctor-Valeyard, as he's supposed to be a 'good guy' here according to the synopsis).

Oh My!
This is gonna be good
EDIT
EastEnders Family Reunited
And is Adele Anderson or Wendy Criag playing an earlier incarnation of the TV General do we think? Regards

The stories sound intriguing. Michael Jayston has a brilliant voice for audio. I wonder if 3.1 will connect with Companion Piece from Ravenous 3? Also, I’m guessing Adele Anderson’s character serves as an Ollistra replacement.

Tamasan was in the first two releases, but with Jacqueline Pearce's passing I imagine they've simply promoted her prominence in the stories. I'm sure Ollistra will probably still be orchestrating everything from behind the scenes.

It certainly looks that way. Hopefully they get Ken Bones on board one day.

Reading it in that way, I see you did mean it in the same way I'm sure I probably would have come to the conclusion that's what you meant if I weren't as tired as I am right now

That's a most provocative cover. I can't think of a better opportunity than the Time War for the Valeyard to return.

Ooh the Valeyard! Definite buy.
Given its synopsis, I wonder if State of Bliss will connect back to Bliss’ appearance in Ravenous 3.

As an unabashed lover of S23, more Valeyard is ALWAYS welcome but the distinction between Doctor-Valeyard and Trial Valeyard has me very, very intrigued.

Not likely. Anderson is playing a new incarnation of Tamasan from the previous boxsets, and Criag's character's name is Dransino, whereas the General's name is Kenossium, so unless they're making her name Kenossiumdransino (which, tbh sounds quite cool), it doesn't seem to be the same character. But I hope we get to see her (and Ohila) either in the fourth boxset or Gallifrey (and get Tamasan in there too, we need more crossovers between these ranges, and she's the perfect one now Ollistra is no longer on the table).

Hmmm...the cast list has been 'amended'.
Though judging by the similar outfits the Doctor and the Valeyard are wearing on the cover I wonder if it means we are going to get a Valeyard who wanted the Doctor's remaining regenerations...and a Valeyard who got them?

Also, I found this on the actress who plays Nim's twitter. Couldn't find much on the play, but it seems they've worked together before.

Hello again.
Much as I disliked Season 23, Michael Jayston's Valeyard is one of its best legacies. Having such a ruthless character appear in the Time War makes perfect sense.

I like that they’ve gone with the Gallifrey Time War logo. It’s distinct and connects the ranges a bit more.

I like that they’ve gone with the Gallifrey Time War logo. It’s distinct and connects the ranges a bit more. I preferred the yellow one, and it would've been neat if Gallifrey borrowed it instead. But this one's good too.
