Big Finish has granted so many of my wishes that about all I can think of that I'm waiting for at the moment beside whatever New Series casting coups they can manage, is more Class, for the Third Doctor Adventures to become twice-yearly, and maybe a Last Adventure release for the Seventh Doctor. The Sixth Doctor's Last Adventure was too good for the Seventh Doctor not to have the same. Not sure why it is but it seems like the Third Doctor Adventures, Torchwood, and Dark Shadows make such an impression that having a relisten to any of them soon after the last listen somehow seems somewhat pointless, and there are only 10 3DA stories to choose from as it is. If there's any Doctor at Big Finish I think I need more of, it's the Third. On that note, I'm kind of surprised we haven't seen an adaptation of The Spare-Part People (a.k.a. The Brain Drain / The Labyrinth) for The Lost Stories range yet. The story originally co-written by Jon Pertwee in 1970. Needless to say, I'm more than slightly in favour of this idea.
Even if it only 'exists' as a memory of a thought of a story by now rather than a script (no chance) or a storyline (unlikely.) I'd trust BF and (for example) Guy Adams (3x3DAs to date and all excellent), to take a title, a few vague plot points and the idea of a Pertwee co-written script for Season 8 and come up with another cracker.
Anarctica, "Mummies", dopplegangers, a monster in a labyrinth and lots and lots of action scenes - Haiii! Some of the action would have to go for audio but there has to be enough there for a 'Terror of the Autons'-style story with never a dull moment and of course for Season 8 it has to be THE Master behind everything, doesn't it? Now the bridge has been crossed with the Third Doctor and the Brig., surely that's the recast we're all still waiting for?
EDIT: I'm not up on all the old interviews for fanzines etc. but if it was partly his idea, surely Jon Pertwee must have been asked / talked a bit about it at some time? And wasn't there a Cambridge University link in the storyline?? - there's a chance for a Third+Jo+Liz story with Liz in her right mind this time!

Another vote there. It'd be great to have a series that's less a fish-out-of-water story and more about how Manchester's DIs help the more unusual residents of their city with more unusual problems. Something where it's an open secret among those in the city, but any knowledge of it has to stay within the city. Almost Sanctuary-like. So you mean Torchwood? I get what you mean by a Sanctuary-like series though. But if I'm honest, I'd rather a Big Finish continuation of Sanctuary rather than a replacement (Yeah, I know it's not likely, but I can dream ) I'd LOVE a Sanctuary continuation! Such a great series!

Yep, part of the Doctor's scheme was to pose as a don of the university. As in, from the latin dominus or "master". Imagine if the scheme went off without a hitch, the Doctor terribly pleased, and it turned out the villains thought they'd kidnapped the Master instead. It would be interesting to try and see him keep up the pretence of both false identities. I've an exciting bit of news. I did a bit of digging this morning and I discovered Doctor Who Magazine did a special which included an article and the story outline (co-written with Reed de Rouen of The Gunfighters). I think it may only survive as a synopsis, but it sounds gloriously cinematic. One of the cliffhangers would have featured the Doctor trying to keep the Brigadier alive in a "hurricane-force" Antarctic snowstorm and a face-off against a mechanical monster with teeth "like those in a circular buzzsaw". Drop some of the action for any new character additions and it's good to go. Check it out, I reckon it could be rather fun.

Then I'd speculate that as for (say) 'The Mega', one glance at that synopsis would have had Barry Letts calculating the likely production cost as being his budget in some multiples of ten! Even CSO could only be pushed so far... This does sound one ideal for audio like 'The Valley of Death', imagination and visuals budget without limit!
And I simply love the idea of the Doctor impersonating the Master. Wouldn't it be fun if the Master then found the only way to reach his intended allies/dupes was to convince them that he was the Doctor (since they would already 'know' they had the Master)? Some people will do anything to complete their collection...

When is Big Finish going to do an audio adaptation, with Colin Baker, of Doctor Who and the Mines of Terror? After all, the Ultimate Adventure got a release.......

Less what I’m waiting for and more what I think is an inevitability, an adaptation of ‘A Christmas Carol’ for their Classics range.
With Mark Gatiss in the role of Jacob Marley.

Since she's an archaeologist, maybe River Song should check out Androzani before the events of Caves.

1. For Peter Capaldi to play 12 for big finish 😃And for him to do at least one musical episode with loads of 🎸! 2. For John Sim to play the master on audio😀 3.More Frobisher🐧😀 4. Rob Shearman to come back and write at least one more audio😀

Not just releases, but possible storylines, resolutions and so on. For instance some resolution to the events of Real Time. For me though what I'm chafing for is some resolution to the events of 'To The Death'. Beyond a snark at the Monk in Doom Coalition. Seriously now, do we have to wait until Capaldi arrives at Big Finish? I mean I can see THAT happening. Attack Eyebrows corners the Monk, and says "I want a word with you, Jimmy!" Hello again.
I've just at last seen Real Time and I was going to ask whether any story dealt with the rather interesting conclusion to that story. Listening to Maggie Stables in a story I'd missed, reminded me what a lovely performer she was. I'm so glad she was all to tell Evelyn's story completely. So, I was a bit confused that there was this loose thread. As for another encounter between the Graeme Garden's Monk and the Doctor would be interesting. Both have unfinished business, Capaldi's grumpy Doctor would be a bit of a shock to the laidback Monk. It would certainly be an eyebrow-raising encounter. (I'll get my coat...)

We would need to wait several down the line but a multi Doctor audio staring 9 and 13, because you know pairing up the two northern Doctors would be magical 😀

Probably said this before, but having Bilis Manger encounter any one of the Doctors. If only to see the marvellous Murray Melvin play off them.

We will need to wait a bit for this but at some point we need Wilf and Graham need to meet😀
On a side note, Wilf needs to sing the Bernard Cribbins song, Right Said Fred at some point perhaps with 10 joining in with him😄I don’t care how it just needs to happen!😀
