These warehouse sales do me no good at all. It only works if they have an online inventory system that removes sold-out items from the equation as soon as they are sold out, which as far as I can tell, they don't.
I can save money on releases, even with shipping and per order charges, if everything I put in my basket is available. If it isn't, I end up paying way more than I wanted to. I tried that once on another one of these warehouse sales and ended up in the latter situation.
So no thanks.

Are the terms of this sale slightly different than some of the previous ones? Sort of sounds like opportunities to purchase dls on sale might happen with this one maybe?
"PLEASE NOTE: If part of a series is sold out on CD, the rest will be available at 99p on download. However, once the full series sells out on CD, the whole series will then be taken off the sale page."
I'm saddened to think of Dark Shadows and Blake's 7 selling out on CD, but I guess it's hard to argue with BF's logic here
"we’d very much prefer to invest in creating brand new stories rather than holding stock which could end up gathering dust in our warehouse for a number of years."

If CD's are sitting in a warehouse for a number of years then they can't be big sellers. So the writing was on the wall for those ranges that didn't ship their stock within a reasonable amount of time... I can't argue with BF's logic either, as these days stock being held in a warehouse long-term is seen as dead money and all companies are trying to cut back on their stock holding. It's a pity when ranges go OOP, but that's the way it is.

Got series 2 and 3 of Gallifrey on download (nice of them to go back to the "download for a series title after the disc is gone" this time), and got Pathfinder series 3 and a Holmes along with my planned Time War 3/River 1 purchase. Worked out rather well, I'd say. (Usual complaints about shipping notwithstanding.)

Anyone get their dispatch notice from Big Finish yet for items that were purchased in last week's warehouse sale?

Anyone get their dispatch notice from Big Finish yet for items that were purchased in last week's warehouse sale? My e-mail arrived on Thursday and the package arrived today. If you use Gmail, the e-mail was filed under Promotion rather than Updates (like it usually is) for me, so that might be a reason you haven't seen it yet?
