So it's clear from the TV trailers for the season finale that Ashildr is going to be in it. We also know that the finale will probably deal with whatever the hybrid is. Some on here have even suggested that the hybrid is the Doctor himself, due to the half human thing from the TV Movie.
Here's my wild theory.
Yes, the Doctor is the hybrid because of the half human on his mother's side thing. But not just that. It's Ashildr who is his mother.
Doesn't that seem the kind of thing that Steven Moffat would pull?

I think the chances of the hybrid being Ashildr look much slimmer now the BBC website keeps saying the Doctor has announced that he is the hybrid. I know this could be a misunderstanding or a misinterpretation but it doesn't seem likely.
