(Having forgotten to mention it when I actually pre-ordered it) My most recent purchase was the Blu-ray for Season 19. I wasn't going to get these, but once I'd fallen into the trap of getting the Season 12 set, it was inevitable I'd keep going Unlike you lucky UK people, I still have to wait until the 23rd before I get my hands on my copy (and I can't even pre-order Season 18 yet as it currently doesn't have a release date here in Australia...)

BBC audiobooks The Mutants read by Jon Culshaw. This novelisation was a childhood favourite, so really looking forward to it.

I got the BBC Fury from the Deep audiorecording (is this what you call it?). I like the 2nd Doctor and Jamie and this is supposedly one of the best, so naturally I am curious.

It's a good story and a good novel in and of itself, but David Troughton is a first class reader and the overall package is one of the best of that whole range. Enjoy!

DVD of "Revelation of the Daleks"- continuing to grow my collection of the classic series. Looking forward to watching this- plus the DVD collection "Beneath the Surface"- at my new place after the move since I had all of these DVDs sent to my parents place in Germany.

I really want to know what the extras are on that DVD. The digital download, which generally is the same as the DVD comes with: - Twas the Night Before Christmas animated Happy Christmas Message (1 min) - Doctor Who Cast Quickfire Questions (1 min) - New Year's Eve Countdown (45 secs) - Season 11 Look Back (10 min) - Closer Look, Resolution (5 min) - The Making of Resolution (12 min) - Monster Feature (6 min) No mention of a commentary - that'd be nice for this one.

Plus, price on iTunes has been corrected and it is 4 Euroes instead of 20.
No idea why iTunes messes up with the holiday special EVERY SINGLE TIME.
At least finally I could buy this on iTunes without being ripped off.

Im looking forward to find how different it is from the Benny audio It's actually really interesting how they compare, considering they're telling the same story with two completely different sets of characters, Benny herself is obviously younger and less experienced in the book as the audio version.

Prices being higher during the holiday season - Tuigirl, your iTunes comment reminds me of the Book Depository's prices being higher EVERY year during the months of December and surprisingly January. I primarily buy my BBC audiobooks and UK published books from the Book Depository. Currently, I'm waiting for the opportunity to pounce on Who Talk: The Three Doctors (Fantom Films) once its price calms down from BD. I also noticed that prices for the newer released Doctor Who DVD sets (except for the pre-order of Resolution) have recently been lowered in the month of January from Amazon.ca. *And, thank you David for the listing of extras for Resolution.*

Some people have pre-ordered for 5 Euroes in advance and the only thing they could download was the trailer. Two years in a row now (I wisely had not pre-ordered).
And iTunes only caves in after an angry backlash and it takes them 10 days to sort things out. Well, at least they managed.
Now all my series 11 is in one place.
