It's the holidays somewhere. What are you currently drinking to take the edge off or to help socialize with friends? I've been exploring rye whiskey and this is currently my favorite. High West Rendezvous Rye. Fantatastic on a chilly winter's eve.

A few cans of Murphys will get me through this Christmas; a nice smooth stout to relax in front of the TV with, with my feet up and the fire blazing away...

A good single malt will serve me nicely at any time of year.
You can't go wrong with Baylies. If I'm drinking beer, I'll look for a bottle of Bah Humbug - my favourite Christmas beer. Shame it can be hard to find in Canada.

I mostly drink wine or beer. I like good vodka, too, but don't drink it much.

Most of my attention nowadays seems to go towards vodka and cokes and a vast array of ciders

Failing that, will probably end up with something from High West. Or perhaps Willet Pot Still Reserve.

Just found this in an old tankard. It's never been opened but has lost over half its contents. Sadly, I don't think I'll be drinking it. Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted Cheers Tony

Had 3 glasses of Chardonnay yesterday at a work party. A bit too much actually.
I was actually tipsy enough to promote Big Finish to some of my co-workers. Usually I am too shy to share my interests.

Alcohol tends to upset my digestive tract, so I'm with the Fourth Doctor on this one: Attachment DeletedThis stuff is made in California and packs a strong flavor of ginger, and without tasting syrupy.

I tried a shot Moonshine at work for the first time last Friday. It wasn't bad but then it made me sick (or at least I think that is what did it) so I may not be trying that one again soon.
