Were you able to watch it from the US Kurumais? I really want to see it. Scott Handcock script edited it.

I enjoyed it. Rafe Spall doesn't quite convince me as a leading man and the story was a bit slight but if you like Jonathan Creek, and the idea of a cynic who wants to expose fraud and explain phenomena that many consider supernatural, it's for you. It's also very much an ITV period drama - two of the supporting female cast members were prominent in Downton Abbey - which is something I personally love. Shows like The Suspicions Of Mr Whicher with Victorian set design and costuming are always ones I gravitate towards and this is very much in that vein though set a good few decades later. It's certainly not as highly budgeted as some other period dramas but it does well with the resources.

I liked it despite some concerns and hope it gets a series. I didn't spot Scott in the credits, else I'd have mentioned him in my Cultbox review

nope it just premiered in the uk i'm sure it on the web somewhere though Yeah I am sure if I looked I could find it but I'd rather watch it legally if I could. Maybe if there is a DVD I'll import that. It's hard being a fan of British & International TV/Film because it's touch and go what will come over to the US. I liked it despite some concerns and hope it gets a series. I didn't spot Scott in the credits, else I'd have mentioned him in my Cultbox review He mentioned he was involved on Twitter!

Should have gone to Specsavers I watched it ahead of time and skipped the credits! Mea culpa! The credits were tiny and squashed in the corner on the broadcast version anyway so any of us not really, really looking would have missed his name - I only would have thought to look for Scott because of him mentioning it.

im sure pbs will show it sooner or later it looks right up masterpiece mystery's alley I'm not there are tons of British films/serials that never come over here. Very little from ITV gets shown in the US. And if by chance it came over to PBS it would be edited beyond belief. I refuse to watch Sherlock on PBS for that very reason. At least BBC America cuts very little.
