I thought the oddest thing was Rowena in the extras say it was good to do this as she'd never done sci-fi before. She does know she's already done Doctor Who, yeah As well as been in TV shows like Highlander!

I really really enjoyed this. It had me thinking of two ways they cpud bring Torchwood back to Tv.
They could do a Far future Torchwood(2050) or.. a lot of people really would enjoy a victorian Torchwood on tv. It woud be drastically differnet to any other Who spinoff and could use so many narrative devices to really have fun with it.

Listening to this story now, 1 thing that stands out to me is how JB pronounces the word "ma'am" when speaking to the Queen. That word to me is not pronounced with an American accent in comparison to every other word he says. It's slightly jarring to me.
