Adam Adamant Vol 1. I do like this range very much.
Continuing my Benny re-listen with Freedom of Information. I finished the Judas Gift last night and I think it's a fantastic story. They had really gotten things right at this point in her range. Once you get past Summer of Love you're golden.

I really do hope a third volume and further is still on the table.

Finished re-listen to River Song- New Recruit. Apart from the second story, nice re-creation of the 3rd Doctor UNIT era and vibe.
Then I started on the Jago and Litefoot audiobook. At long last. Wow, the first story is amazing and the reading is fantastic.I am really surprised this is not getting more love on here!

Haven't been very active in the last couple of years, between the pandemic and other factors, but finally getting back to it... finished Dark Universe and Sophie Aldred's novel At Childhood's End yesterday, now onto The Beast of Kravenos from the 4DAs.
Looking at where I left off with Eight, I know I finished Doom Coalition, and I think that's it. Is there anything relevant I should listen to between that and Ravenous?

Nah, the first set of Ravenous continues directly from the last Doom Coalition episode (it is a cliffhanger ending). And be warned- the first set of Ravenous stories was met by some mixed reception (I myself think it is a mixed bag), the second set has the awesome Christmas two-parter but is also a bit mixed, the third set picks up the pace and we get an awesome companion cross-over story and the big finale is, in my book, one of the most awesome finales they have ever done.

Scarifyers- Gnomes of Death. To me, this is the most fun Scarifyers audio play. It is just hilarious, from start to finish, with some absolutely bonkers ridiculous villains (although of course the staff at MI 13 is not much better). And it goes without saying that Terry Molloy and David Warner are an absolute joy in this.

Continuing 4DAs series six. Finished The Beast of Kravenos (fun, if predictable) and The Eternal Battle (just kinda meh) and now onto The Silent Scream. Nah, the first set of Ravenous continues directly from the last Doom Coalition episode (it is a cliffhanger ending). Good to know, thanks! Now I just have to work out when I want to listen to Eight's Time War stories and The War Doctor/War Master stuff. I should probably just take them in chunks more or less by release date. I've been trying to synch up Eight, Gallifrey, and Time War stuff into a more or less "chronological" order, but I know that's pretty impossible given the nature of things. Still, would you recommend listening to Eight's Time War series before or after, say, Stranded?

I would say listen to Time War first.
Stranded is pretty optional. I do not think it was as bad as some people on here claim, but it is very different to the rest of the range. There are still a lot of fun scenes, and I did enjoy it, but I think they dropped the ball several times, and this includes the slightly unsatisfying ending.
Also, be aware that the last Stranded set includes a story which is set in real life 2020. Including COVID and all. And this after they said they will NOT make present day Earth a topic. And COVID it handled in quite a clumsy way.... I am sure they intended no malice and wanted to write a cute little fun story "keep the chin up and battle on", kind of, but it was a slap in the face to some members on this forum who had lost loved ones.
Just as a disclaimer, in case it might act as a trigger for you.

A replay of The Robots, starting with volume one.. ..because volumes four and five have been in the backlog for a few months now and try as I might I'm damned if I can remember much detail about the first three.. 🤦♂️ All my good intentions went right out the window in the last week...only now getting round to the relisten of Volume two. And the "leisurely" rerun of the Robots continues today into volume three...

Shadow of the Past
A decent step into Season 7, with some nice toying with the lack of trust between early days Third Doctor and UNIT.

With my memory of the first three volumes of The Robots refreshed it's on to new territory today (new for me at least) with a first play of volume four.

Flux (Original Television Soundtrack) - Segun Akinola.
From Silva Screen Records. As ever, his music is bombastic, comtemplative, dramatic and downright eerie. I've loved Segun's work on Doctor Who and am gutted he's going. Unlike other composers, he also appreciates the effectiveness of silence in certain scenes, only using music really enhance events when necessary. This is a wonderful soundtrack.
