There are two reasons I'm looking forward to this: 1. It's Dark Shadows, pure and simple 2. There'll be loads of juicy interviews bobod has doubtless banked up for the CHS (it's been ages since we've been inflicted with the curse of Scott Haran and I'm going through withdrawal symptoms)

But see the podcast thread (in a mo once I've posted in it) for something else hopefully of interest.

Do we have any news on the release dates for Blood & Fire or Echoes of the Past? I'm pretty sure they will both be out by the convention (24th-26th), but frankly I'm impatient and would like to know when I need to line up my computer and phone to listen in on the latest Dark Shadows installments.

I was really, really hoping this would already be out today but since it isn't, perhaps the more likely release date for the BF website is on Monday?
(Wikipedia: Dark Shadows is an American gothic soap opera that originally aired weekdays on the ABC television network, from June 27, 1966, to April 2, 1971)

Yeah, that is what I was thinking as well. I'm ready for it now though!

I've come to the same conclusion that we have to wait until Monday, but I've still been checking the website at midnight GMT, midnight here on the American east coast, and in the morning just in case.

The Big Finish guys at the festival said they "think" it should be available Monday from the website.

Looking forward to getting this and the other release in my download folder. I would also think that Bloodline would probably go up for pre-order this week as well.

Is that Chase Masterson doing the narration on the trailer? And if that has been asked already, my apologies.

Is that Chase Masterson doing the narration on the trailer? And if that has been asked already, my apologies. I assumed it was Daisy Torme - sounds like her to me, and she's in the B&F cast. I stand willing to be corrected, though. I'm often wrong about loads of stuff.

It's Daisy. Chase has nothing to do with the Dark Shadows range.

It's Daisy. Chase has nothing to do with the Dark Shadows range. (Does a little dance to celebrate being right about something for once). On the second part - i certainly wouldn't be averse to Ms Masterson rocking up in Collinwood some day. I've enjoyed her performance in the Survivors range that i've heard. YESSSS. (The dance begins anew)

It's Daisy. Chase has nothing to do with the Dark Shadows range. Which is why it struck me as odd. I listened to it and looked at the cast list to see if she had been snuck in there. Good to know who is really is. Great that it is out. I know what I'm listening to tonight.
