That Drama Showcase title is the only one I don't own and have not yet heard. So I'll get it.

Anyone else find it interesting that David Garfield is included for his performance in The Hollows of Time? It's almost as if they're confirming something... They've made no secret of the fact that he was supposed to be the Master. Heck, Paradise 5 opens with the Doctor muttering "Who was he?" (and, through happy coincidence, promptly getting into an adventure with Alex MacQueen. ) Okay, I was under the impression that it was unconfirmed; only suggested. Good to know.

For a moment there I thought Gallifrey 4 was on sale. Then I realized it's not. I kind of hate when they say a sale and then mix up items that are not on sale, kind of implying that they are. Will probably get some of the 4th Doctor stories. Trying to decide whether to get the Unbound one. I had the same issue with the two stories from series 4 of the 4da's. I got excited when I saw them, but they're still at full price.

Which of these can people recommend as my birthday is Sunday and so I will hopefully take advantage of this sale and I would like to get what people think is good. If possible , please include spoiler free thoughts about stories, I do have a few but include as many audios as you can as it may help someone else. Thank you guys very much. UNIT Dominion just a great intro to "Hello You"
Dark Eyes they are linked but there some classic scenes in there particularly in Boxsets 3 and 4
if you get all the 4DAs you get the full range of the Master
MR Dust Breeding very good
MR Master just buy it in the Top 20 all time BF plays IMO
CC Mastermind (thanks for the reminder Kim)
I like MR Valhalla but its not to everyone's taste
The Lost stories perfectly OK but not spectacular

My personal recommendation out of these is Mastermind. One of the best companion chronicles which really shows how creative the range could be. Plus who wouldn't want to hear a story through the Master's POV. Daphne Ashbrook & Yee Jee Tso also offer excellent support. www.bigfinish.com/releases/v/mastermind-752

This is funny, because I stopped listening to the CCs a while back in season 7, and only just recently picked them up again... and finished Mastermind when I got home from work yesterday morning, totally not knowing about this Master sale yet. I did think it was a very well done tale. Although it made me want to look up a "Master's Timeline" thread (I guess there isn't one)

Can't give too much away but I thought the writing and acting was very good. Very humorous and an intersting take on scientific theories and popular culture. Plus it's got Toby Hadoke!

Any views in the Bernice Box Set, Missing Persons? If you've listened to, or plan to get the other box sets get this one while it's at a good price. It does wrap up the loose ends that began all the way back in 2010 with Year Zero, so it's not really stand-alone. The other box sets are at a good price for the download and include some great stories like a really funny murder mystery and the backdoor pilot for the Dorian Gray range.

The pre-order price is also the current regular price. I know cause I checked when I finished listening to Gallifrey 3. The regular prices on Gallifrey 4, 5, and 6 are $20, $20 and $30. Gallifrey 4 and 5 may have been more originally, but they have been at $20 each, so I don't have to rush to get them this weekend. oh ok

So, apparently I was wrong and Gallifrey 4 is normally $30, which is the price I see it selling for today. Only Gallifrey 5 is normally $20. So I did get Gallifrey 4 at a discount. Glad I decided to go ahead and get it. But I still wish BF would be clearer about what's on sale and what's not when they do these announcements. It's confusing to the buyer to sort through and try to guess what is a deal and what is not.
