I Wonder if Since Sylvester cant record for the main range perhaps Big Finish could use Main Range 8th Doctor for a temporarily replacement?
Also Paul Mcgann looks the same as he was back in 2012 when he did the photos for Dark Eyes (maybe big finish can take new pics with him)
That would also work as part of the send-off of the Main Range, bringing back the Doctor who was in it for so long.

I have a talent for being wrong in my predictions, but I am rather expecting the final Monthly Range title to be a big multi-Doctor event, and not just a 'standard' two-hour one Doctor story. I don't anticipate it'll be anything quote so grandiose as The Legacy of Time, but it would not surprise me in the slightest if they have something like Zagreus or The Light at the End, where all their Doctors and a whole bunch of companions all get some time to play.

It would be nice to have another six-parter at the end, with some representation from all four of the Main Range Doctors, regardless of whose story it ends up being. Although if it is a big multi-Doc thing... Structure it like The Sirens of Time:
Episode 1-4 are stories with one TARDIS team each covering the whole run:
Eight and Charley (#16-103) Seven, Ace and Hex (#58-191) Six, Flip and Constance (#156/204-present) Five, Nyssa, Tegan and Marc (#256-present)
Episode 5-6 is all four Doctors/story threads coming together!

So since The New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield Vol 6 is listed for September in the Vortex, what do you think the stories will be about ? Pure fun and standalone adventures with new writers like in Vol 5 ? New developments for Alt Three since The Time Lords may eventually learn that he's not from this universe just like the Kisgart Master ?

Didn’t they tease that a story arc was beginning in the last set or am I going mad?

January 2021 is the 20th anniversary of the Eighth Doctor joining Big Finish (a massive milestone for the company), so I wonder if they'll mark it? A one off return to The Monthly Adventures?

I don't even remember listening to those behind the scenes, since it was almost a year ago, so I wouldn't know. Maybe someone else could help. That would be awesome though, Volume 4 was probably one of my favorite Big Finish box sets ever because it focused purely on its story arc and its characters. Asking for a Friend was truly one of James Goss' best scripts.

I don't know, they'll probably market the Masterful box set heavily instead. I would love it though, more McGann is always more than welcome and one audio per month from september to december is still not enough.

I very much hope you're right in your predictions and the MR goes out with a bang and not a whimper. This Lovecraft business being sort of a sneak preview of what life will be like without the Monthly Range, I can't say I'm liking it. If it absolutely must go out, may it do so in style!

which definitely seemed like a big hint of where they might go.

Well, I imagine Big Finish will.be hurriedly attempting to book a final few studio days with Tennant if he's back to filming in the near future.

We know of the River set, Out of Time and potentially a few other things, let alone the stuff we don't know yet

Realistically they could spread everything he’s recorded out to mirror the every 18 months or so of his previous three box sets. Assuming he’s recorded another couple of sets alongside Out of Time & River Song, we could have new Tenth Doctor material until November 2023 - the 60th anniversary!
I’m saying a couple of sets based on the Dalek Universe stuff being numbered 8&9 and treating River Song as 1-3 of those. Not saying they’re connected, but they may have just numbered the amount of stories they’ve got David to record.

What do you think 4-6 could be? I was thinking Captain Jack as he’s due a main range some time soon do they could’ve recorded his bit then. Jack’s last Torchwood Main Range was December last year.

You Raise an interesting point as from what we know they are/have recorded Tom Baker's bits for The 60th Anniversary so perhaps they decided to take advantage and Record David Tennant's bits for The 60th Anniversary as well? {Spoiler} Like how he appears for 5 mins at the end of Legacy of Time
Plus its possible he recorded cameos from other audios aswell

To the best of my knowledge, he's done cameos for: {Spoiler} The Legacy of Time, Jenny: The Doctor's Daughter & Donna Noble: Kidnapped! I don't think we know when they were recorded, though. I'm assuming the first two during 10DA Volume 2 and the other during 10DA Volume 3. As you say, who knows what else he's done. We know there's a Year of Martha Jones set coming up and that John Simm & David Tennant have recorded relatively recently. It doesn't mean they'll both appear, but it is certainly possible.
