i know its pure speculation and highly unlikely of being true but Big Finish posted this on their social media accounts:
Quite interesting why Big Finish would share this project which has nothing really do to with a Big Finish license property i know it features Juliet Landau who played The Third incarnation of Romana so its quite possible that she will be in an upcoming audio drama either Gallifrey; Time War 4 (as Lalla Ward is absent from the cast list) , The War Doctor Begins or Eighth Doctor Time War 5 the fact that she responded to a comment saying if there is more Romana with a smile and xx
Thoughts anyone?

While naturally I hope this means Torchwood series 7, I'm also just very happy that Paul Clayton is recording with them again. I really enjoy his voice in my ear-things

James Goss kinda sorta promises Torchwood series 7 at some point in the future, suggesting the delay is COVID related rather than Cardiff related.

Even the monthly standalone are difficult to schedule talent for - so anything with an ensemble is additionally complicated, especially if even a single cast member's (lack of) availability holds back completion. It's been a tough year on so many fronts, but still great to focus on what people have achieved rather than what may not have been able to happen...

Any focus on things that didn't happen though is coming from a place of pure love for the productions though

Probably nothing, but in an ideal world, Georgia's news today is Jenny series 2. If Lady Christina did well enough for a 2nd series, surely Jenny did too.

I like John Dorney’s scrapped Epilogue for Return of the Cybermen, which has been posted on twitter.. Effectively Time would’ve gone funny causing things like Mary Shelley’s conflicting meetings with the Doctor and also the two Human Natures. Then the Time Lords turn time back so the Doctor has too relive the story all over again and Revenge of the Cyberman presumably happens instead.

I think I will treat this as having happened. I get the references to Ace (did any other companions have multiple leaving stories?), Mary and Human Nature but what does his three previous incarnations meeting reference?

IDLE I think it’s just a reference to The Three Doctors. I’m assuming that it’s not supposed to be a reference to actual contradiction / continuity error and more just a potential time aberration. It just so happens that the other aberrations correlate with real continuity snarls.
