You know, now that you mention it, I actually do rather like Attack of the Cybermen ...

Dorney suggested later on it wasn't Wilf (someone suggested the Graff Vynda-K and he replied that was "along the right lines"). Fingers crossed for Granny Tyler, without a doubt the best companion we never had

Maybe it's something to do with Six's 20th anniversary box set? That wouldn't fit with the theory that that set will feature Peri as well though... (unless it's the older Peri?) Either way, more Michael Jayston is always a good thing Valeyard-and-Six feels like it would almost be stale at this point. Put him in a Ravenous or something even wilder - like a Fourth or Tenth Doctor story. Maybe War Master or Gallifrey Time War?

I would love to see the War Master and the Valeyard in a titanic battle of evils spanning a whole set. Like the original Master and Third Doctor in Season 8 - but with no morals on either side this time.
It would have to end in a draw, more or less, but I'd imagine a high-score-draw of mutually assured destruction barely escaped on both sides. Epic!

Perhaps it could have been for a story for the 2019 Short Trips? I doubt it very much... but just imagine ...

Now all I can think of is Big Finish's next product - Pure Imagination. It's a box set of 4 episodes consisting of the new Big Finish Ident ("You're listening to a Big Finish Production") with "just imagine" added to it, followed by an hour of silence where you're supposed to 'just imagine' what's going on for yourself

Just add a few whispers of "We Love Money" every Ten Minutes and you're on Love it but if it really was WE LOVE MONEY they would churn out total rubbish and to be honest they don’t.

Richard Dinnick. Now there is a name you don't see much of anymore in regard to Big Finish.

Doing a quick search on their website and he's written both 'The Wanderer' and 'Rings of Ikiria' for the CC range... I have to say both stories sound intriguing so I'm looking forward to see which this comic follows up on

Richard Dinnick. Now there is a name you don't see much of anymore in regard to Big Finish. He's written a fair amount of DW comics in the past few years and contributed a story to The Missy Chronicles book a few months ago so he's out there in Who-print media at least. His Missy story was set between World Enough And Time and The Doctor Falls, pretty interesting. The Wanderer was a very underrated CC and I loved his Sapphire & Steel story. It'd be cool to get him back to BF but I think he's now on TV writing Thunderbirds on top of his Titan work. Busy chap.

Fans of Titan Comics 13th Doctor already dealing with a sequel to a BF story[...] That the CC was written by Richard Dinnick means it's either The Wanderer or The Rings of Ikiria. Given that Dinnick recently mentioned the villains from The Wanderer in this story, they're obviously close to his mind. I wonder if it's about the future Dahensa invasion mentioned in that story.
