Wakanda forever…..
What snooze fest that load of rubbish was not the biggest fan of the first black Panther movie but, that was Citizen Kane compared to this. And that end credit scene was anyone really shocked at that revelation?

The Batman was excellent, really interesting grunge take on Bruce Wayne. The fight scenes were brutal, I love that in some scenes Batman moves quite slowly and takes some beating, fully utilising his armour.

I can't wait for more, I love this version of Batman he's my favourite comic book character, the characters, villians are all excellent, this is meant to be dark, gritty franchise not like Batman Forever & Batman & Robin.

Totally agree, Batman is my favourite hero and the Joker, my favourite villain. I loved The Suicide Squad but I'm dubious of how well Batman can work in a cinematic universe, I've not enjoyed the whole justice league thing as a Batman fan.

Flicked through on fast forward the Batman movie with Robert Pattinson.. Wowsers he got the intensity/mental aspect down awesomely- great screen presence.. Just wish he would break his personal rule about working out with weights.. Put a bit of muscle on..

Blue Jean - A little long in places, but a nice-enough way to have spent part of a Friday evening at the British Film Institute...
The 400 Blows - Of all the films I've seen at the BFI over the years, this certainly... Was one? I didn't DISlike it, but it would've been nice not to have constantly craned my neck to try and read the subtitles round the person in front of me's head.
The Wandering Earth 2 - "What if 'Moonfall' was three tedious hours long and had a 'and then...' plot?" Whilst I will say that it nice to have (finally) seen a film in Leicester Square (and on an IMAX screen), I don't know if I'd strictly be in a hurry to see this one again in a long long while...

Watched Everything, Everywhere All At Once again. It holds up well, I think, even after the sheen of newness and novelty has worn away. Though this time 'round I did find the ending a bit on the unsatisfying side -- just a little too ambiguous for my tastes. But, then again, if Doctor Who has taught me anything, it's that when SF stories reach a certain scale or level of absurdity, it becomes effectively impossible to conclude them cleanly. Kinda hard not to consider just how many conflicts were left unresolved, but I suppose you could also just read all the multiverse and wuxia elements as an elaborate allegory for Evelyn's relationships with her family, in which case a clear resolution wouldn't really be needed, or even necessarily desirable. The Wandering Earth 2 - "What if 'Moonfall' was three tedious hours long and had a 'and then...' plot?" ...I don't know if I'd strictly be in a hurry to see this one again in a long long while... Hm... that's a bit disappointing. I still haven't gotten around to the first movie yet, but I am a big fan of Cixin Liu's science fiction. Though, granted, I don't think The Wandering Earth was necessarily one of his best stories. I do hope more get adapted in the future. Especially the dinosaur stories. Who doesn't like a good dinosaur story?

Who doesn't like a good dinosaur story? I will say that I did watch it out-of-context of the first one. I didn't mind it as such, but I did get slightly drained at times with the 'and then this thing happens & then that thing happens & then this thing happens' and the guy sat next to me checking his phone every twenty or so minutes (though it did help me keep track of the time).

Rocketman Pitch Black Dark Fury The Chronicles of Riddick
"Pitch Black" was filmed in my home state. When Vin had some type of "eye incident" on set they flew him to our big hospital in the city.
Our Vin Diesel claim to fame, before his ego got the better of him he filmed this little low budget sci fi/action movie here.

Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania Now i did enjoy this, was a fun film and a lot better than Thor 4. The opening though was very rushed, could have done another 20 minutes at least. Majors absolutely rules this movie

The Munsters.
A lot of the jokes didn't land, but overall, I'd describe this as 'fun'. I find Rob Zombie's films variable but always interesting. I watched mainly to see Sylvester as Igor, and enjoyed his performance a lot - lots of excuses for face pulling and rolling his 'rrr's, and a veteran of comic timing. There's a certain element of Stan Laurel in Igor!

Sounds good to me- might be a movie for tonight. Not having high expectations and just want to watch something light and for which I need not a lot of brain power.
